Great location and perfect for my family of four adults. Apartment is very comfortable and we loved the view of the pools and ocean. It was so quiet at night. Location was perfect with lots of nice restaurants near by. My mom with mobility issues was with us and she loved it especially the lazy river pool. One of the best places we’ve stayed in Hawaii. Mahalo!
Great property, just as advertised. Our family loved our stay. The unit impressed. The beds were super comfy. Everything you need for your time was provided. The location was perfect. Close to grocery store and easy to get to north and south side of Kauai. We will be back.
This was our 3rd time to the island! This location was absolutely perfect. The drive to all our excursions were short drives. The grounds were beautiful and our condo was clean and comfortably fit the whole family. I would absolutely stay here again!
Our family of 5 was able to explore all of Kauai from this home base. Every morning started with a walk along the small coastline. It was convenient to the beaches and hiking the coast. We popped over tonSafeway and Kenji Burger by foot. Best of all we enjoyed the unique lazy river pool and sandy bottomed hot tubs. Would stay here again

The location at the resort couldn't be beat! The unit was very clean, kitchen fully furnished, and plenty of parking. Great starting location to get to many places on the island! Would come back in the future!
Waipouli Beach Resort was absolutely fabulous! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view, large windows, fresh warm air/breeze coming in was so enjoyable (we were from Maine, where the winters are long, COLD and snowy), so being here at this condo was wonderful. Would certainly come here again and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a special stay in Kauai. Also, loved sitting on the beach and looking at the ocean and hearing the surf wash in!

This property was absolutely fabulous! We watched the sunrise over the beach every morning and the kids spent endless hours in the pool! The unit is very well stocked and we happily cooked all week. Thank you for allowing us to rent this awesome condo!!

This is a beautiful condo located in a prime location on the Island. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Middle location between all areas of interest.
We had a couple of reasons to call maintenance such as light bulbs out, fan malfunctioning and the smoke detector going off while we were there but they responded quickly and helped take care of what they could. The dining table is large and large chairs around it which would be nice if a bit smaller but overall the furnishings were lovely and very comfortable beds.
The view over the lazy river and out to the beach was very nice. It was also very quiet for the size of the complex and the amount of people around. The pool area and BBQ’s are kept very clean.
I would highly recommend this condo and will happily come stay there again.

This property is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! We’ve stayed in Kauai before and this property is a must. The pool is perfect for the kids and it’s close to all of the fun things we wanted to do. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay!!
The property had everything we needed as a family . beach chairs and boogie board were greatly appraised . absolutely every utensil you can think of to cook and barbecue . we had an amazing time

Our kids are still talking about how much they loved the trip to Kauai and want to come back to the "Kauai home". The condo was very spacious with a well stocked kitchen, nice lanai, and appliances as listed. The condo had a cooler and beach chairs and boogie boards.
The resort was perfect for our little kids who would not get out of the swimming pool. There's a kiddie pool with sand, family hot tub, water slides. We brought our own sand toys but you could rent beach toys/gear from a space in the lobby.
We used the communal gas grill a couple of times - really nice to have a BBQ dinner outside. We got marinate steaks , fish and veg from Safeway across the street.
We'd love to go back!

Quiet with great pool area.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the condo!! We walked to the beach every morning and loved the sunrises. The pool was great for the kids and the condo had plenty of room for a family of five. I would highly recommend staying here. Two Diners Drive ins and Dives locations within walking distance and the best Shave ice on the island across the street. Centrally located, the condo is in the best area to easily drive to anywhere on the island.
This condo has everything you need. Clean, spacious with a view of the ocean and lazy river pool. Check in was easy, just go to your room and it is ready. Full size washer and dryer were great after the kids spent the day at the beach and pool. Mid Island location made going North to Hanalei Bay or South to Poipu very doable. Safeway and ABC store and Panda Express right across the street. Easy text communication with staff. Fun vacation.
