Great location, beautiful view! We enjoyed the awesome sunrises!
Perfect location within the resort; very nicely appointed! We just got back from our vacation on Kauai and really enjoyed this condo! We loved being able to open the doors and hear the waves crashing. Beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was great. Parking was very easy. Pools were nice, but a little smaller than I had envisioned from the photos. And, because we got some rain, the days that were sunny meant the pools were quite busy! There was also some crowding at the BBQs since one was not working well. On the plus side, we were walking distance to some restaurants, close to the grocery store and a very short drive to the cute Kapaa town. Overall though, the resort was very nice and the condo was exceptional.
I cannot say enough good things about this property! The unit itself was beautiful and clean as can be! The area was spacious, the AC was great, the ocean views in every room were amazing. 3 toilets, 2 showers and 2 baths! Also the resort itself is great! Beautiful pool, water slides, jacuzzis and walk right out to beach access. It's also conveniently located on the island. Lots of things in the area. Candace was a delight to work with, easy, efficient and friendly. I truly cannot give high enough praise for this whole experience. We can't wait to come back!

Nicely kept property in Kapa’a
Very nice property! Pictures accurately capture the rental. The only complaint we had was we wish there was a pool snack bar/cocktail bar available by the pool during the day. Other than that… Excellent location with Safeway and other amenities right across the street. Fantastic ocean views from every room!
The Stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort was awesome. Our rental (G302) was on the wing with full ocean view from all rooms, kitchen, living room and balcony's. Well equipped with beach chairs and ice chests and well organized and stocked kitchen. Kids and grandkids loved easy access to pool area with many attraction including sand beach, slides and family and adult hot tubs. Nice restaurant/bar adjacent to pool. Lava lava Beach club a few minutes away and had great meals and mai tai on the beach with live music. It was a great location for headed to both sides of the island and close to airport. Communications and help/support from the company was prompt and always friendly and positive! Maholo, MIke
We have stayed at Waipouli Resort many times and the G building looking at the ocean is the best!
Thank you for the wonderful experience. We loved the view from the living room. The balcony from the living from and from each of the two rooms was fantastic. Each room had its own separate balcony. You could see the ocean from every room in the place. Had everything we needed and was clean. It was absolutely perfect. Third floor which we liked as it made the view more impressive. Thanks again!

Unbelievable stay. From the sunrise each day over the ocean to the sliding doors at night that allow natures sound machine of the waves. Perfectly location, almost perfectly between the north and west beaches. With shops (grocery/sushi/coffee) right across the street. Would highly recommend
The location is great for getting to all other sides of the island.
The condo was great and as shown in the pictures. Well stocked with all you needed to cook meals in.
The view is fantastic with an excellent ocean view. The pool area was nice and never had a problem getting a chair.
It is in a great central location and it was very handy to have a Safeway and ABC store right across the street.
Walked to several good restaurants that were close.
Only thing I would change would be to put a king size bed in the 2nd bedroom so it would be the same as the master suite and more comfortable for adults sharing the condo.

We LOVED staying at G302! The views from the balconies were so gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable, it was amazing being able to do laundry every day, and do meals "at home" when we wanted. Very convenient having Safeway across the street, and the location is perfect.. close to the airport and short drives to any of the beaches on the east. Our girls had so much fun on the waterslides at the hotel pool and loved the giant bathtub in the unit too. What an amazing stay. Thank you so much for having us!

Nice lanai with a no direct sunlight morning and evening. Makes it a great added space to the condo at all times of day. It was very clean and spacious for a family of six. Teenage kids both said the pull out couch was very comfortable.
The condo was beautiful. The view from each room to the ocean was breathtaking. There was plenty of space for my crew of 6. The pool area was enjoyed by all. Loved every minute of our time at the condo. Seeing the monk seal sleeping on the beach was an added bonus.
I took my son’s son his family and had never been there before. Our lodging was so clean and perfect. Any question I had was answered immediately. We could walk to the grocery store. We just loved every minute there. But, Candace and her team made it so much better…

We enjoyed a perfect family vacation in a condo that had all amenities needed and was very clean. We appreciated access to beach chairs and cooler for our beach time. We dined at the restaurant on property, Oasis, which was delicious. We loved using the BBQ’s on property for cook outs. So easy to pick up food at Safeway across the street.
We enjoyed massages at the on-site spa while our husbands golfed.
Communication with Candace and the team was easy and responsive.
The condo is in a great location between Princeville and Poipu…easy day trips.
The ocean view was a highlight along with the beautiful property grounds. We will be back!

The condo is furnished beautifully and oh so comfortable for a family. Our children were obsessed with the pool and water slides. The beachfront Oasis restaurant was wonderfu!! Especially for happy hour with live music !!

Beautiful condo! Amazing oceanview! We loved watching sunrise and birds in the lanai w/ refreshing ocean breeze, very relaxing! This 2 bedroom condo is clean, comfortable and spacious for my family of 4. Fully stocked kitchen and has washer and dryer. Has nice pool and hot tubs that my kids enjoyed. We couldn’t swim on their beach due to big waves but there’s a lot of beaches w/in short driving distance. Close to restaurants, shops and grocery. We liked going to coconut marketplace w/c also has farmers market in the parking lot on some days. This place is a nice central location to drive and enjoy both south and north side of Kauai. Thank you for our wonderful stay! :)
