We enjoyed our stay so much! It far exceeded my expectations. Honestly the photos are great, but wait till you see it in person! The view, the outdoor living & eating space, the pool, the landscaping. The beautiful home inside, the amazing kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms.All kinds of activities, restaurants & stores are easily accessible. Even heading to Hilo is a great day trip.The property management & concierge were so wonderful & accommodating.Could not recommend this place more, seriously!
Three couples shared this home for 11 days. Three bedrooms with separate bathrooms were perfect. The house and property were beautiful. The view, just spectacular. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. It all made for a wonderful vacation.

The house was exactly how it is listed on line. Plenty of space for 5 people. Extremely clean and well stocked. But the best part was the outside patio area! We spent every morning and evening outside with the incredible view and pool. It really is amazing! I donāt think we could have wanted for anything more! Highly recommend!
Interior slightly dated but plenty of space and the patio makes up for it. Kudos on the kitchen gadgets. Wish you could turn the AC past 74. Would rent again
I recently had the most incredible stay at Akoa Place, and I canāt recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning panoramic ocean viewsāwatching the sunset from the infinity pool was truly magical.The home itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and large sliding doors let in so much natural light, making the space feel warm and inviting. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the master suite with the jetted tub felt like a private spa retreat.One of my favorite parts of the stay was the outdoor area. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee, the lava rock BBQ made grilling in the evenings a treat, and the lush tropical landscaping gave the whole property a secluded, peaceful feel.The location was fantasticātucked away in a quiet, gated community, yet still close to great snorkeling spots, restaurants, and shopping. It felt like the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the little touches that make it feel like a luxury escape. If youāre looking for the perfect Kona retreat, Akoa Place is it! I canāt wait to come back.

The property location was great. Great views and a very comfortable house for our families one week stay. Our grandson surely made use of the pool. Spacious for the three generations to have space when needed.
They could use a better cleaning company though. But nothing a little sweeping and vacuuming couldnāt take care of.
Overall I would definitely lease this property again.
Our Family came together from different areas of the US. It would have been a great visit no matter where we stayed, but was especially nice staying in this house. I recommend this for family stays.
Beautiful views! The house was very comfortable for 3 adult couples. The kitchen was at the top end of rental kitchens I've experienced. Just a few minutes in the car to things in Kailua. Kona Coast was very professional. We would definitely go back!
The house is in a great neighborhood in Kailua-Kona. We felt very safe and the house was exactly as described. A few items that would make it better for a long stay: more towels and blankets are needed for 6 people; and we should have the option to heat the pool!!
