5 stars all around for this property. The listing is already wow-worthy but when you enter (even beginning with the neighborhood and driveway) everything is jaw dropping. Very spacious, amazing views in everything direction. Kitchen is super well stocked for anything you want to create in your time. Convenient location within central Kona. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys all available for the beach. Easy to work with the concierge with any issues (only issue we had was door code and got ahold of them in under 2 minutes.) would absolutely stay again!
It was everything and more! An amazing home with an over the top view! There were 3 couples and a baby in our group and we had everything that we needed! We loved it so much that we had a hard time convincing ourselves to go out. Conveniently located to Kona and we loved the little beach. We saw whales off the lanai along with dolphins. Great outdoor seating! Thank you!!!
This house and property are amazing. You can open up all the doors at the back of the house for a true open air experience. The sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking. Listening to the waves while you enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon libation is a perfect respite. I would stay here again and again. Mahalo for sharing your home with us.
We had an outstanding time. It was everything we expected and more. We appreciated the constant communication with our stay and the recommendations provided to us by our concierge David. I would highly recommend this stay to family and friends.
Beautiful place right on the water. Amazing sunsets every evening. Home was very clean and spacious. We loved the home and our stay. Only down fall for us was that, even though it was located in a gated community, the public still had access to the beach. There were dozens of people directly behind the house every day especially during the sunset hours. Some people would come sit on the back rock wall/fence and just hang out for hours.
Our stay at this VRBO on the Big Island was unforgettable. The views were absolutely stunning, and we found ourselves looking forward to the sunsets every evening—they were simply breathtaking.
The kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. We enjoyed many home-cooked meals and felt right at home.
The landscaping around the property was beautiful and added to the overall serenity of the place. We loved walking through the lush gardens in the morning—it really felt like our own private oasis.
The beach was steps away and our kids were in the tide pools all day, evening and nights!
The concierge, David was amazing, got us a once in a lifetime experience with swimming with the Manta Rays, recommended an awesome Coffee Farm and helped my daughter arrange a private Chef birthday dinner surprise on the lanai that was the highlight of my experience!
This place exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway, this is the spot. We can’t wait to come back!
This house was perfect for my family’s needs. Kid friendly beach access 25 steps away. Yet still very private. We will definitely be returning. Very nice property, just as described.

3 couples shared this beautiful ocean front home. We loved having plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedrooms and baths. It was also very easy to cook dinner and enjoy the outdoor seating. There is public beach access and there is a fair amount of traffic along the pedestrian wall which runs along the ocean front and is about 25 feet or so from the back porch. So, there are several people checking out the house and the people using it.
