    This spectacular 2600 square foot private home is located in a gated community with security guards. This private beach community is ideally set next to one of the only year around protected beaches with tropical vegetation, lots of white sand, and crystal clear water. You simply walk out of the house with your folding chair and walk 150 feet to the quiet beach. The house is a short walk to "Keiki Beach" located within the Kona Bay community. If you prefer, just hang around in the private pool.

    Our home has everything you need for fine dining and entertaining. The kitchen is roomy, with a center island stove top and bar. We have mature tropical landscaping that captures the spirit of the islands. The home is designed for comfortable, relaxed Hawaiian living and features lanais and a swimming pool. It is beautifully furnished with everything to make your vacation as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room entertainment area. All the rooms have remote controlled fans to keep the home cool.

    The primary suite has a king size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower for 2. The guest bedrooms have queen beds, each guest bedroom has its own lanai with views of the tropical landscaping. The den opens to the first floor lanai and swimming pool, and has a queen bed, a hide-a-bed and its own shower and bathroom. Each bedroom including the den, include a window air-conditioning unit.

    Minimum night varies seasonally 5 -10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. To assist compliance with Hawaii County Ordinance 114-18, please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.

    Great house and location. We did have a few issues on arrival but they were quickly fixed. Overall, we loved our 10 day stay!

    my third time staying at this property.our home away from home. sadly due to recent price increase in this property we may not be able to rent again.we enjoyed the property and keiki pond immensely

    Gorgeous house, loved the pool, great location to drive 3 min to downtown Kona or walk 10 min, no complaints except for having to leave! David with Kona concierge was awesome helping arrange scuba diving, luau, surfing lessons. Overall consensus is the best family vacation ever! (5 kiddos ranging in age from 11 to 22)
