We enjoyed this house for the 10 days our family spent in Kona. The pool Is not heated but felt good after being in the hot sun. Highly recommend this house to families. Will look at booking this place in the future!

The house is just as pictured. Very clean, well stocked with all the things one could need, and in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to amenities and activities. The outdoor space is a great place to chill and the pool was AMAZING!! The Hosts left us thoughtful local gifts to enjoy and the gardeners brought us the BEST fresh picked bananas! We enjoyed our stay!
Our stay at the Honu house was more than we expected. We had everything we needed for the week! All communications were timely and very informative. The space was perfect for a family of four to six. The location of the house is great with easy access to most places on the island as well as privacy that was available when enjoying time outdoors grilling or by the pool. The only thing we would have liked to be available more was for the water feature at the pool to stay on more consistently throughout the day. We will definitely look to stay here again as our first choice when returning to the Big Island. Thanks for such a streamlined relaxing vacation!
We stayed for two weeks. We had a great time at this property. Pool was great. House was great. We also ran every morning before the sun came up. Very quiet and private neighborhood. We will definitely come back to this place.
Property was fantastic, especially the outdoor space. Kids loved playing in the yard and the pool. Beautiful neighborhood, we loved going for walks in the evening to view the sunsets over the ocean. Good central location on the west side of the island. Would love to visit again.
We had a wonderful two week stay. The pool was fantastic. Swam nearly every day. Plenty of comfortable furniture outdoors on lanai to just hang out and relax. A welcome relief from a brutal Alaskan winter for us.
The HH was superb in every way . Very clean, very beautiful grounds, fabulous pool, very well equipped!
We will certainly book this property again!
6 of us stayed in this house: my husband and I and our 2 adult children & their spouses (ages 28-30). The home offered plenty of space for us to gather together or have our own space. The outdoor patio and yard are awesome. The pool was great to have for days we didn't feel like going to the beach. The home was well equipped; a few more beach towels would be better... we did laundry, but 2/person would be best since they get wet quickly. We shared a rental car, but it's an easy location to walk a mile into Kona town, or grab an Uber. The Kona Concierge was a great help in getting us set up with activities and recommendations. They were quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay there agian!

House was comfortable and well equipped for a family of four. Super reaponsive management answered several questions promptly and even replaced a nonworking coffee grinder within hours of my reporting it.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The grounds are quite spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. Well located close to town. Our only criticism is the barbecue was useable for our needs. Other than that we would definitely stay here again.

We traveled to support an Ironman athlete who was competing at Kailua-Kona for the first time. We were able to see the swim from a distance from a neighboring hillside street. The end of the bike loop was at the gated neighborhood entrance, and we could walk down to Ali’i Drive to watch the runners go by twice. Perfect location for the event without staying in the downtown craziness. We enjoyed the quiet and peace of the surroundings.

The pool is large, and there are lots of floaties and pool games and toys. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, and some essential spices. There were also beach chairs, coolers, and some sun hats, goggles, etc. for guest use.

This home was amazing! We loved the pool and the pristine landscaping. The house was perfect. Bedrooms, Bathrooms, kitchen, lanai. All were as pictured, well stocked, comfortable and stunning. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home. Our week on the Big Island was stellar.

Our stay at the Hawaiian Honu House in Kona was over the top. The house was in a beautiful and conveniently located gated community. The house itself was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. I particularly appreciated all of the additional amenities that were not explicitly guaranteed such as pool toys, beach chairs/toys, coffee grinder, K-cup brewer, extra cleaning supplies/trash bags and an excellent stock of kitchen utensils, cooking utensils and cutlery. The pool was immaculate and the water quality was perfect. The beds were comfortable. There was a generous supply of towels both for the two baths and for the pool. As an added bonus, we had access to the Kona Concierge, who was very helpful with booking tours and with general information before and during our stay. Finally the staff at Kona Coast Vacations was very easy to work with, accommodating and extended a sincere Aloha spirit. We were in the house for two weeks and it really took our Hawaiian vacation to the next level. Thank you, Kona Coast Vacations!
