Exquisite 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath house located in a private gated community on Ali'i Drive! With only 16 homes in this community, you can expect peace and serenity staying here on your Hawaiian vacation.
Featuring an air-conditioned home with vaulted ceilings and two master suites, each room has access to lanais. The downstairs master suite also features a 32" flat screen television. The chef in your group will appreciate the new kitchen appliances, which include a double oven, a flat top stove, a stainless steel refrigerator, and a stainless steel dishwasher. Then, when it's time to feast, take your pick: around the spacious 6-person dining table, with your mood of choice, set by music coming from the CD/iPod player? Or out on the lanai, surrounded by our warm, tropical trade winds? When it's time for dessert, would you want to sink into soft couches and catch a game or a good movie on the 42' flat screen television, or lounge on the grassy lanai underneath the warm sun? The house was spacious and beautiful. In a nice area.
Nice house. We really enjoyed our vacation there. Highly recommend it!
This house is in a great, cozy, gated community at Alii Point. It has lots of outside seating, some with views and sounds of the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. The bedrooms were both nice and had ample closet space. It was convenient to have a garage, and there were lots of beach gear and snorkel equipment available in it. This place was a really nice place to use as a base to see the west, northwest and southwest parts of the Big Island. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We are very glad we chose this place.

Very quiet location with little to no road noise. Well equipped kitchen and great grill. Private patio/deck area.
It was everything that they said it was
The listing does not show just how beautiful this property really is. Gated community with exclusive high end homes. Grounds in excellent condition. House is beautiful. Two large master suites, one upstairs, one on main level. Perfect for friends or family traveling together. 5 decks. Large lani with seating and dining furniture. Home is well maintained and clean, bug free. Kitchen is large and very well equipped. Rocky beach 50 yds from front deck which is accessible with property key. Highly recommend.
Fabulous place
We enjoyed staying in this small, gated community that provided us with privacy and a convenient location from which to head out on our adventures around the island. Lots of space and terrific responsiveness from the property manager when we had questions. Very easy checking in.
Wonderful property in a perfect location! Very well appointed with everything you need to have a dream vacation.
