Keauhou Estates Hale Kuhinanui Way is a Gorgeous Upscale Home located within the gated community of the prestigious Keauhou Estates. Enjoy the gorgeous view of the Pacific Blue from this home while relaxing at your private pool. The pool area is equipped with lounge chairs and a comfortable outdoor sitting area that is perfect to take in the Hawaiian sunsets. This Island Home has been tastefully decorated and equipped with your comfort in mind.
This home offers 3 separate living and sitting areas that leaves for plenty of room for everyone to spread out or to congregate. Two of the living area's offer indoor/outdoor living opening up to the spacious lanai and pool. TV's located in each area so no more disagreement over who gets the remote! There are also 2 separate dining areas, indoor and outdoor, that will comfortably sit 6. The spacious fully equipped kitchen is beautifully done and is open to the living and dining area. The BBQ is located in a seating area near the kitchen and offers additional seating to accommodate 4.
The property is designed to take advantage of natural breezes, with windows, large sliders and ceiling fans throughout. Please note this home does not have air conditioning.
This 3 Bedroom/2.5 bath home will comfortably sleep 6. The Primary Bedroom offers a King Bed, TV and ocean view. The en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks, large tub and a separate shower. The other two guest rooms include Queen beds and views of the property's tropical landscaping.
In the event that you need to check in with the office, the home offers WIFI to keep you connected and a desk/work area if you choose not work while sitting poolside. The home also offers a landline to make local calls to make dinner reservations or reservations for many of the activities that the Big Island has to offer!
Unwind, relax and sit pool side and enjoy famous Kona sunsets, you will never want to leave!
Minimum night varies seasonally 7 -10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. . Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.

House was infested with ants. Left shortly after arriving for a hotel. Kona coast could not find us another house to stay in.

Wonderful home, many areas to relax, keep in mind no A/C at this home so the afternoons/evenings were warm during our stay. The view to the ocean was so very nice at sunset especially. Everything we needed was available from beach gear, fans to keep the house a little cooler and everything was in very good condition from furniture to decor.

Multiple areas to hang out for accommodating various activities and lounging. Huge kitchen with basic equipment and plenty of dinnerware and utensils. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Sunset views from the pool.

This home was nicely furnished and very comfortable for our family of five. The front patio area was great especially with afternoon showers as you could be outside with the large roof covering. The pool was nice but not heated and in the shade except mid-afternoon, although we were there in November. It was warm enough to swim though, and the grandkids were in it every day. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and pool floats. The location was good, just a few minutes to Kona, beaches and shopping. The ocean view was really lovely and we had some nice sunsets. Kona Coast checked in with us to make sure all was ok on arrival, and was available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Kona.

We just completed our stay and it was amazing! The weather didn’t cooperate as much as we’d liked, but we still had plenty of good times relaxing at this home!
Stellar views and quite a well appointed kitchen, along with some very chatty birds (and frogs that sound like birds, amazingly enough!)
We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

The location is perfect! Quiet but close to everything. The house and outdoor space were very comfortable and there are several areas to sit and relax. The pool and landscaping are beautiful. We saw a lot of birds and butterflies. I love staying in this neighborhood!
