I’ve done a lot of vacation rentals around the world and this is top quality. The photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful doors opening to the back patio. Great open layout for a family with 3 kids. Easy communication and check-in. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 3 ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, though we didn’t cook much. The central air worked well when needed. It was easy to park in front of the garage, with access to snorkeling gear, chairs, sand toys, etc. We enjoyed the pool. The beach access with parking and dining/ drinks right there at Napua are the best amenity. The beach is a beautiful, calm, white sand beach with protected snorkeling. It’s a short walk from the Fairmont for dining. There’s a great grocery store and area with restaurants close by too. The community is quiet and calm. It was a very relaxing stay and we can’t wait to go back.
We had a fantastic stay in this property and it lived up to the beautiful pictures online. The area has great amenities and the property managers were very accommodating. We would not hesitate to go back!

The home was beautiful! Very clean, in great condition, well-stocked, safe and gorgeous neighborhood. The home had all the essentials you would need, including shampoo/conditioner, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. The neighborhood pools/hot tubs were so nice, a great way to end a day at the beach. The best sandy beaches on the island are only five to ten minute drives away. The neighborhood had plenty of beautiful walking trails fit for those with little ones. The property manager was very accommodating of us and our not so ideal travel schedule. Highly recommend!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit and we rent from Shiwota properties often. Always a good experience and we love this layout in Kamilo.My only comment would be that the beach supplies and bikes and stuff need to be updated compared to other units. Chairs are not good and old and no bikes which is rare.

The place we stayed in a gated community was immaculate!! We absolutely loved the home and all it had to offer!!! Our only complaint was that we had inquired several times via phone and email for three days to get the code to the gate of the property and was unable to receive a response. There were several times we had to wait for another car to come along before we could drive through the gate and get to the house. We were stressed aboutt the code because we had a guide coming to pick us up at 3:00a.m. Luckily, a few hours before he arrived we finally got the code.

We stay at Kamilo for 1 week in April.The location is great. The property is located less than 15 mins drive from beautiful beaches. The house was clean and is well equipped.The property has access by foot to two near by pools, a jacuzzi and a gym.Very nice stay
This house was perfect four ouf family of 6 (two young adults, their parents and grandparents). It was clean, spacious, confortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen... a beautiful house. The neighbourhood is great : there is a lot of houses but we have the feeling of a very private space. The pools and gardens are beautiful (this unit is very close to the pools, which is great) ! Also, this area is a perfect spot to visit easily different parts of the island. Highly recommended !

This was a great location for our group of 6 adults. Each couple had their own suite. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating outdoors.
There were two beginning snorkeling beaches within walking distance, and the parking pass for the Mauna Lani beach was much appreciated.

This 3bd-3bath home is just perfect for our family and as a great home base to explore Big Island. Great community amenities, with large pools on landscaped compounds also great for jogging. Proximity to Foodlands also makes it convenient. We would love to stay here again!

This villa was beautifully decorated with lots of living space. The outdoor space in the back was very private and much bigger then I thought. We had a small wedding reception at the home with 25 family members and it had plenty of space. The kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs. Plenty of chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and some water sport equipment to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect accommodations for our family (four adults, one three-year-old.) Shig, the property manager, was very helpful and quickly took care of the few minor issues that did arise. Lovely pools on the KaMilo property, and the nearby Beach Club beach was the best one we found.
