Really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous gated community. The home has everything, the pool is awesome.
We really enjoyed this property and would use again. It was clean and comfortable, washer and drier in unit, the parking is directly in front of the front door, nice back patio area. Kona Coast is very communicative. The location is good, really close to the Sheraton where the mantas hang out.
We loved our stay and the location was amazing! So close to the beach, great pool and family loved the use of the tennis courts. Highly recommend this unit.
The location is great. Close to the beach, quiet and the amenities are great. Every night, we go watch sunset in the backyard.

My husband and I enjoyed our two-week visit to the Big Island in December. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect. It's convenient to downtown Kailua (about 4 miles away, so not in the craziness), adjacent access to the ocean (unit has beach chairs) and 1/2 mile to the Keauhoe shopping center with full grocery store and several restaurants. We watched the most amazing sunsets each night on the beach. The owners provides beach chairs and many other amenities to enjoy your stay. The facility grounds were very nice and had great amenities. Great location, property and townhome.

Great location and perfect for getting together with adult children. Getting a couple condos in the same complex makes for the perfect blend of being together and having healthy personal space.

This property served our family of four (two teenage boys) very well. The grounds were beautiful, safe, well cared for, and convenient. The unit had all the things we needed to self cater. Enough towels for everyone, including beach towels. Beach chairs and a cooler, which was very handy. The pool and tennis courts were very nice. Parking right outside the front door. The beach, which truly is 150 steps away, is uncrowded, clean, and great spot for enjoying the sunset. The price was very reasonable for the island of Hawaii. I have no complaints, but two minor suggestions: exhaust fans in the bathrooms would be appreciated and perhaps a surge protector in the master bedroom for an extra outlet. I would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.
