Property management was great. House is a little dated (dark) and the electrical/HVAC could use an upgrade. Some of the furniture needed to be fixed. Otherwise, great experience and would definitely stay here again.
My family and I stayed at this property in July 2021. The home suits a large family very well with the lay out of the house, including all the master suites and bedrooms. The kitchen is nicely furnished and the pool/spa along with the backyard are great features. The location of the property is very nice also, with access to a private beach.
All that said, there are a number of areas around the home that need attention. Many pieces of furniture were in poor repair. A number of the bathroom cabinet doors were either broken or missing and the ice maker did not work. A small amount of attention to these few details would have made the stay 5 stars.

We have stayed at this home twice. It has a great kitchen, where we prepared many family meals. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Utilization of the beach club with their great sand beach is a great perk. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Any questions or issues that came up were handled swiftly by the management company.
Well appointed house, comfortable beds, quiet location. The house could use a little maintenance attention from the management company though.
We stayed for a week+ in April 2016 with our parents and 17 & 22 year old children, a total of 7. The home is amazing and was very well appointed, everyone had their own space but the common areas were large enough to accommodate all of us. Small issues were taken care of immediately and the staff was very friendly! There is a grocery store nearby and we were able to enjoy the spacious indoor and outdoor kitchens for most meals. We will definitely stay again, we miss it already!
