Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palms is my favorite place in Maui to rent a condo. Unit #1803 did not disappoint. It was well stocked with linens, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs and more. Unit is spacious and the fold out sleeper sofa mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. Lots of patio furniture to relax on too. Would love to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were aware of the location but were surprised at how bad the road noise was. Initially we thought it would just be white noise but it did make it hard to leave the beautiful doors open or enjoy the patio. Unit layout is great, carpet not so much. It’s tired & holds a lot of damp smells so if allergies are a concern it may not be a good unit for you. We aren’t sure who sets prices but this unit is going up 55% between 2023 & 2024 making it cost prohibitive for us. As always Rentals Maui is top notch in their service.
