Palms at Wailea #2303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor garden view unit with a fully-equipped kitchen (including a Cutco knife set), washer and dryer, split system air conditioning throughout, 3 flat screen televisions, and free wifi. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, along with a/c, a ceiling fan, and TV. In bedroom 2 you'll find two double beds, a/c, a ceiling fan, and a TV for DVD viewing only. For outdoor activities, Palms at Wailea #2303 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. A portable crib is available. Sleeps 6.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location to Maui’s best beach is a fairly walkable. The unit was very spacious and comforting. Loved the open floor plan in the kitchen/living area. My only complaint/suggestion is to provide more details on how to get to the pool. We had to ask a maintenance guy we found in the parking lot, it’s a tiny dirt trail up the hill. It was fine for a few days but definitely a bit from the pool. I’m In my 30s but parents sort of struggled getting to/from with the walk. The tv in the spare room doesn’t work. Clicker batteries may just need to be changed but limited us. Loved everything else tho!

Overall the property was great. Great location, spacious, had everything we needed for cooking and all the stuff for the beach. My only recommendation would be that the unit gets a deep cleaning. The master bathroom shower appears to have some mold and the floors were in need of a major scrubbing. Obviously, these units see a lot of visitors so it’s understandable. Overall, the unit was great for our family!

We were a family of 4 that were enjoying an escape to warm weather. The rental was very large, had all the amenities and lots of toys and beach gear to use. It was perfect for our trip and the laundry on site was so helpful with a newborn! The split AC in all rooms was so great, however the weather was cool enough we could just open the windows and slider for some airflow. It wa walking distance to beaches and close to everything we needed to visit. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. Would definitely rent again!
