Palms at Wailea #2303 is a newly renovated (2023) 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor garden view unit with a fully-equipped kitchen (including a Cutco knife set), washer and dryer, new split system air conditioning (2023) throughout, 3 flat screen televisions, and free wifi. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a brand new dresser and bedside tables (2023), along with a/c, a ceiling fan, and TV. In bedroom 2 you'll find two double beds, a/c, a ceiling fan, and a TV for DVD viewing only. Both bathrooms have been updated and are very inviting. For outdoor activities, Palms at Wailea #2303 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. A portable crib is available. Sleeps 6.

Did not have to communicate with the owner as everything went as desired, so N/A for that question. Liked the place, it had the basic equipment needed, and the environment was quiet and lovely. Bring your own necessary cooking spices.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very well stocked and roomy enough for our family of 6. It is a short walk to the pool and the outside patio is quiet and private.The only negatives -mother gas grill was only working intermittently even though we changed the LP canister, and it was not as clean as I am accustomed to when renting- the floors especially! I would stay there again however!

The guest bathroom did not work properly. The shower didn’t drain well and sink leaked. Our guest had use the master suite to shower.
