Hilton Pool Pass: For stays in 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, two beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Maximum two cars allowed. Second car parking is on a first come first serve basis. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes ...

We had a great stay. The home was well stocked kitchen, wise, and beach toy wise. There was some deferred maintenance that impacted our stay. Master Bathroom door that will not shut. Not the cleanest shower in the master bathroom. However, overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

This vacation rental was beyond expectations and very well kept. They were precise with directions, and if any assistance is needed they will respond in a timely manner. Everything you can think you might need for a vacation, this property has it. Very well thought out. !

11 days in Waikoloa. This was the perfect space for my 5yo and 2yo to share a bed, my husband and I to take the master with ensuite and lanai, and my MIL and her friend to take the double bed room and have their own bathroom. It's a short walk to the pool with the kids wading area and 2x as long to the pool with the jacuzzi and club house. Great location for quick drive access to resort activity without being in the hotels and into town with short drives. Property management was prompt with responses and action. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
