This condo was fantastic. Being on the third floor and an end unit offered amazing panoramic ocean views. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular, and we even saw manta rays at dusk one evening! We really enjoyed the welcome basket with local fruits and definitely visited the nearby farmer's market for more of our favorites, such as the white pineapple, papaya, and soursop. The condo was well equipped with items like trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. Its location was convenient to a nearby grocery store, restaurants in Kona, hiking, and snorkeling at Kealakekua Bay and Kahalu'u Beach Park. We stayed during the last week of July and didn't need air conditioning, which I was a bit concerned about.
The location of the condo was ideal for grocery shopping, farmers market, ice cream, and restaurants. The condo had multiple parking spots in case you rent a car. The views from the balcony are awesome! You can sleep listening to the waves. Having a washer and dryer was super handy. The nearby beach was great! We enjoyed our stay and relaxation.

We love staying at KKSR when we visit Kona. The entire property is well maintained and much quieter than other locations along Alii. 1-306 was clean and well equipped. The views from the 3rd floor are spectacular - I spent many hours reading on the lanai, watching canoes and kayaks go by, and catching some sunsets. This unit has been our favorite so far and we will definitely look for it again when we return to the island.
The condo was stocked with EVERYTHING that we needed or wanted. The condo and beds were clean and comfortable. The view was incredible and it was pretty quiet because it is the top unit. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!
The condo doesn’t have AC which we didn’t mind but if you can’t handle being a little warm that is something to consider before booking.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. We had stayed in the complex before and really like it. The view is outstanding and the small beach to the north and great snorkeling within walking distance is amazing. There is a grocery store and restaurant nearby too.
The condo is well furnished and there are a lot of extras like beach chairs, tennis racquets, snorkeling equipment, etc. We played a little tennis and the club is beautifully landscaped.

Upon entering the beautiful unit we were greated with an wonderful basket with an assortment of fruit and jams from the local farmers market. Then your eyes are instantly drawn to the ocean outside.
The host pictures do not do any justice for this beautiful location. If you want to watch the most pisquerst sunset you have ever seen, then it needs to be done on this balcony. If you want to fall alseep to ocean waves crashing outside your bedroom/patio windows, this is the place. If you want beautiful lush mountain sunrise mornings then you have found the place. The grounds were immaculant. Living in Florida and being a Community Manager for Condos for over 15 years I was a little critical (but couldnt help it 😁) the place was absolutely beautiful.
Communication with the host was fast and freindly everytime. We cant wait to come back and stay at this amazing unit again. Wishing all that decide to enjoy this slice of heaven, all the joy we had during our visit.

Our host was a great communicator. We arrived late and found a welcome basket of fresh local fruit and goodies from a local farm. This prompted us to visit the Farmers Market the next day up the street where we met the farmer who did the welcome basket.
The condo was clean and being on the top floor was great! It is a quiet area and so relaxing. The pool was nice.
We loved how easy it was to access the streets and roads to visit other places on the island, without having to go through the traffic of Ali’i Drive. This condo and host are to recommend.
Our family of four stayed there for our family vacation. It was the best decision I have made for the trip! The ocean view is amazing. Even if we have to stay inside and not go anywhere else, I would be happy! 😁😁
It’s close to places we wanted to go, easy access to restaurants, shave ice (priority for my son). It has everything we need inside. And it’s in a nice, quiet and safe gated community.

There r no air-conditioner in the room, feel a bit hot sometimes. Bugs are flying around us, the whole room are old not look like pictures that showed online and the welcome Avocado almost can not eat, and the towel looks really old which used many times. It should be changed. No elevator. The deposit hold for a long time and still not return until now by a strange reason. Also, the host send us the rude message to complain about cleaning since they charged for clean. SUCKS anyway！！！
