The sunsets were amazing everynight and it was so nice to be able to walk to Hideaway Beach. Be prepared for the trek to the beach, its an adventure. The condo does have several beach towels and a beach chair. Unfortunately, this condo needs some TLC. There were no cleaning supplies, not even a broom and dust pan. We had to buy our own hand soap. The kitchen only had 7 forks and 2 kitchen towels. We had several things break during our stay that had to be fixed. I would recommend a condo starting on the second floor because people were consistently walking by our window and looking in. The location was nice. Its at least a 40 minute drive to Lihue and 15 minutes to Hanalei.

One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was our 43rd Wedding Anniversary. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a Heavenly Bliss. You will not be disappointed! Fantastic Views with an abundance of Beauty. Surf, Sun, Clouds, Water. What more do you want? ok good food, Great Neighbors and super Restaurants and very accommodating People. Please take the Helicopter tour and it will be the Highlight of your Trip. It will change your life forever!!!!!!!!!!

Stayed with my wife and 2 teenagers. The location is perfectly placed with unbelievable sunsets out the front living room and close walking distance to Hideaway Beach below. The unit had a new washer/dryer. The property manager Lori was super helpful and accommodating. The bed sheets were really comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and blankets available. The AC works great making the whole indoors refreshing after a day in the sun. Highly recommended!

Came back for a second year and enjoyed it just as much. This is a great place to stay in Kauai (both Princeville and the condo). So many great things to say about 110 - big, view, location, more. Love it!

Overall a good experience at the condo. Having our own rental condo, we know how important it is to have up to date furnishings. The MB pillows, sheets and mattress pad should be replaced. We could not use the grill as the extension cord is broken. Otherwise we enjoyed it. Thanks

This unit is amazing. 2,000 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with snorkeling gear and boogie boards and beach towels. Plenty of those misc food things you need like oil and vinegar and spices and sugar, great for home cooking. This unit is top notch.
