    Lovely condo the same as pictured, but needs some TLC to get back to top quality. Wonderful location. great support staff. 2 pools available, one was great, the other needed work. Would have been helpful if more info. was provided about things in the condo. For example, had probs w/ TV because no info provided about how to work? Overall, very nice, would recommend.

    thank you so much for the wonderful accommodation in Poipu. It was our first time in Kauai and we traveled with our 2.5 yr old daughter. we were very comfortable and the service was very good. the location is really convenient and quite beautiful. would highly recommend.

    The location of this condo and the size is great. Amazing spot with beaches that are perfect - minutes from the door of the condo, restaurants within walking distance and just a lovely spot. The interior is outdated and definitely needs updating. The mattresses are bad, the sheets feel like straw and the couch is horrible. The unit is spacious and was extremely clean and we enjoyed ourselves even with the bad beds! The management staff was awesome and totally easy to work with. They tried to fix the issues we had - as much as they could and we appreciated that.

    We loved the location! The condo was a short walk to the beach. The green area off the lanai was great as well. The condo itself however needs major "love". The rugs need to be replaced; there is mildew on the silicone in the bathrooms; the kitchen needs serious updating and also could use new cutlery, and prep knives, pots and pans etc.; the electrical plate is off in the second bedroom and the bedside lamp has electrical issues ; the screen door handle pops off all the time..etc. This could be a terrific place if time and money were spent fixing it up.
