Good location to shopping and Poipu Beach. We were able to walk to some beaches, shopping, and restaurants.
To summarize we really enjoyed our stay at this location and the grounds are just beautiful and on the beach. The condo itself is nice but not as clean as I prefer. Mainly the shower/tub. Old and mildew around the caulking and shower doors and stained tub. There was also a mildew smell mostly in the bedroom. It was either from the air conditioner that started leaking or the fact that it is in the garden area under large trees...I don't know but there was a strong mildew smell in the room and closet although I did not see mold. There was a privacy concern as the shutters on the front door are broken and are slightly open and can only be closed from the outside of the door. There were small items that would have been nice to have in the kitchen like foil, a couple of extra trash bags, glass cleaner for the glass dining table...etc. However, I do want to say that the location, property, and althletic club which is located across the road, makes up for most of it except cleanliness. The athletic club is exceptional and where the pool is located. Very clean!Also to mention that the unit is located at the entrance of the property so the beach is at the back of the property but it is walkable or there is parking to the back of the property also.I hope this helps because I always appreciate an honest review that gives the whold picture.
Overall our stay was great! Well stocked for cooking meals. We enjoyed the info provided for recomendations for places to visit, restaurants, shopping. It was really great to have beach chairs & umbrella to use. The view from our patio was really great but walking to the beach with all the beach gear wasn't convenient through the Moir Garden in front. Quiet location. Plenty of parking.The only thing I'd mention is the bed seemed to be a double rather than queen as posted.
In the middle of the southern shores, it gave us everything we needed. Great looking garden my wife adored. Close to our favorite reataurant across Piopu rd. Quiet lania, we enjoyed our week very much.
Location couldn't be better. Less than two minutes drive to Poipu beach, where turtles are. Beautiful patio that opens up to tropical garden. Very clean apartment with perfectly working A/C in living room and bedroom. The matress is comfortable, semi-soft.Communication with host Shirley was easy and informative. I would gladly recommend Shirley's condo as a place to stay in Kauai.
Have stayed at several places on Kauai and Poipu is the place to be. Location is great, condo is clean and well stocked. Beach supplies were amazing to have.
We most enjoyed the location of the property. We were able to visit all parts of the island as day trips.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The view was beautiful and it was a quick walk to an amazing beach our family enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable including the pull out. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Very peaceful, quiet complex. Only downfall is woman on floor above is very heavy footed at 630 am every morning. Athletic club pool is very nice also.

We stayed our first 3days on South side of the island. This condo was perfect! We enjoyed the surrounding sceneries and views. Beach not far away. Small shopping center across street and Poipu beach 5 minutes away. Next trip will stay on same side of island. Thank you for having us!
