We stayed for 4 days. The condo was a little hard to find at first but once we got our stuff up the stairs and inside it was very smooth sailing. Getting in the condo with keypad was very easy and checking out was easier. The condo had a lot more amenities than the description listed and it was very spacious. My son loved the pool and we used the grill outside twice. I would return to this unit!
My husband and I stayed in this condo in May and had an excellent experience. Communication with Rita, both in preparation and throughout our stay, was seamless and prompt. The condo is very well equipped - in fact, much more so than any other spot we have ever stayed. We enjoy cooking our own meals and this condo has absolutely everything that one would need to do so! In addition, it's comfortable and well maintained, while also being well situated for exploring the beauty that the Big Island has to offer. We would not hesitate to return in the future and hope to have the opportunity to do so with time.

My only complaint is that you can hear the people in the upstairs condo walking back and forth day and night.
Wonderful location and property. Misleading advertisement of sauna on site. Sauna was removed a year ago. Main reason i chose this property. Very disappointed.
I spent 10 days here, and am very pleased to have found this place. It was fully stocked with things needed while in Kona. The condo was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The covered lanai was very enjoyable, and the screened room was a plus. I look forward to staying here again in the future, and highly this condo.
This condo was very comfortable for my family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child). The condo had all appliances and utensils needed. There's a washer and dryer in the condo. There's access to all things the resort has to offer. A shopping center is close by and beaches to choose.
We stayed in this condo during the Ironman World Championships. It is perfectly equiped and provides everything we needed during our stay. Whenever we had questions we got answers asap. Loved staying there and we absolutely recommend this lovely place!

We love Kona Coast Resort - and particularly our favorite condo in it - because it isn’t ostentatious and overpriced. It is both vacation rentals AND homes, and it is quiet, friendly and very community-like. The management is veery efficient, proactive and helpful, the staff are friendly, and our particular condo owner is a lovely, helpful and friendly woman whose home we’ve stayed in for years. Kudos to KCR!
