B4 is perfect for a ROMANTIC getaway for two couples, or if you want to include the kids or more friends, pull out the sofa sleeper to accommodate up to two additional guests. The downstairs living area has a convenient full bath for the occupants of the main-level bedroom. The calm, serene BEDROOMS boast high-end comfortable mattresses & bedding for a dreamy night's sleep.

SMART TVs are in each sleeping areas as well as the livingroom for streaming your favorite shows. High-end, whisper quiet 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C SYSTEM will keep you cool/comfortable throughout whether relaxing or sleeping. Ceiling fans will quietly move the air if you prefer opening windows & the slider door to cool you with fresh trade winds during our temperate mornings & evenings.

The DINING ROOM seats 4 comfortably, & the private balcony seats another 2. Perfect for enjoying your home-made or take-away meals after a hard day's play exploring all Maui has to offer!

Our fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to feel right at home, including spices & oils. Bring your favorite coffee with you to make your morning joe in the drip coffeemaker. For your convenience we'll provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash can liners, new sponge and a roll of paper towels.

Each BATHROOM has been remodeled with convenient walk-in showers. Both have a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper and two bars of soap, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring your favorite products & essentials from home.

KEYLESS ENTRY means no registration desk, keys, or key cards! Prior to your arrival we'll provide you with a door code, giving you access any time after the 3:00 pm check in time. Perfect for those with late flights!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was a little gem. We had never travelled to Maui before and we were very happy with the location of the unit! It was a little further outside of the main Kihei area which was nice because it was quieter. We did drive into Kihei every day which was a super quick 10 minute drive. Because the complex was so small it was super easy to walk a few steps to the pool, beach and patio area. The unit was small, but perfect for what we needed. The beds were very comfy (minus the pull out sofa bed - which was to be expected, but worked fine for one child). The kitchen was stocked very well with almost everything we needed. Having a casserole dish would have been handy, but we made do without. There was no parking pass in the unit, however the front desk at the complex provided one for us the day after we checked in. Sugar beach was very nice... smaller waves for boogie boarding, but the kids really enjoyed it regardless. The complex has a handful of boogie boards for use as well as sand toys for the kids as well. It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit - we used those daily. Overall this was an incredible vacation and we were very happy with this rental. Would definitely recommend it.

Very clean place, if you rent a car, conveniently located within 15 min drives to airport, shopping, etc. Perfect if you’re attending a wedding next door to Sugar Beach Events!

What a great place to call home for a few days. The beach access is amazing and we loved all the toys/chairs/boogie boards the property has to borrow. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 4.
