This two bedroom, two bathroom property features tall windows that allow in wonderful natural light. Ocean views are visible from the loft bedroom upstairs, bathrooms and lanai. This condo is tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts of home.
Stay cool with air conditioning in the main living room area, ceiling fans in every room, or the calming ocean breezes. The main floor is open concept and features an indoor dining area for 4 and cozy living room including a Smart TV. Enjoy cooking meals in this remodeled and fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. From the upstairs loft bedroom, you will enjoy ocean views from your comfortable premium Cal-King size bed. The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed with a pillow-top mattress. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, free WiFi and cable.
Kahana Villas are located directly across from S-turns Beach Park. This beautiful sandy beach is wonderful for swimming, snorkeling and fun waves. Additionally, this resort has a wonderful pool, spa, BBQ area, and tennis. Please note the tennis courts are currently closed for renovation with no estimated completion date at this time.
Our on island team also provides: dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge services also included.

The house was overall too hot. The air conditioner was too old, making too much noise, and the window-mounted air conditioner wasn't sufficient to cool the house. Additionally, the kitchen was generally greasy and dirty, and the bathroom was dirty overall.

Stayed in the units with the Dickey's. The unit was a nice size, had a nice selection of kitchen bowls & utensils, nice linens in bathroom. It needs a lot of maintenance. Rust on windows & walls, floor coming up in kitchen, cabinets in disrepair, baseboard missing, walls with gouges, needs paint, broken tiles in bathroom, patio furniture falling apart, no curtains over slider which made the unit unbearable in the afternoon, even with the window A/c unit. Roaches and ants (ants in the bed) so much so that we went through our suitcases outside when we go home to avoid infestation. Decor needs updating, mirrors should be removed.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The kitchen and cookware were extremely convenient as were all the other items provided. The location was ideal. The villa provided a home away from home vibe which really made our trip all that much more enjoyable.

The grounds were pretty and clean. The pool and hot tub also very nice. The condo is nicely decorated and clean, has everything. We really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, the small ice chests and the boogie board. The beach across the street is great! The only downside is that both bathrooms are upstairs. Which is a very small inconvenience. We couldn't get the dishwasher to work and I let Perfect Stays know and they had someone come out right away to take a look at it. We would absolutely stay there again! Thank you!

Loved the great view. The place have everything you need. The only thing was the batteries in one of the remote so we had to go back and forth. The beach chair you carry on your back. I thought was pretty cool. Perfect location

From the minute we checked in, we encountered one problem after another. First the fridge was not coooing properly. Second, windows are extremely filthy. The entire unit lacks cleanliness, fridge above is filthy, window frames are disgusting, stove surroundings are filthy also near washer and dryer. Carpets are very old and look like they have not been cleaned.
Even worse is the upstairs loft has no privacy screens, which allows all the neighbors to look into our private moments as a family, there is ZERO privacy even when one comes out the restroom after a shower into the loft (claimed to be a bedroom). Yes the neighbors can see myself my wife and child completely in the nude right as you step out of the restroom/shower into the “bedroom loft” to change. UNACCEPTABLE. My child is 11 months old, so when my wife needs to nurse him in the bed on the loft, she has to completely expose herself to the neighbors since they have a direct line of sight into our “bedroom”.
We drove out to the street that looks into our not so prívate loft room and to our surprise found all the other units had long curtains installed ours was the only one that didn’t.
The property management was awesome and offered to fix all these issues promptly and even setting up some kind of privacy courtain for our bedroom.
that same evening we noticed yet another issue with the unit,one which we could not ignore. COCKROACHES.Tons of them.Photos as proof. Fortunately they moved us to nicer unit.
