Kamaole Sands #7-408 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 4th floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, free wireless Internet, and telephone. Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout. In the master bedroom is a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and full bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a king bed, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV. Both the master bathroom and bathroom 2 have a shower only. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. For outdoor enjoyment, Kamaole Sands #7-408 is equipped with beach chairs and beach towels. Tropical garden view with a peekaboo ocean view from the lanai. This unit sleeps 6.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features four tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in program, Spinshot tennis ball machine, and weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with complimentary balls. Kamaole Sands offers 2 pickleball courts; paddles are available for rent and quiet pickleballs are available at no charge. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Clean, great location near Kam 3, top floor unit with spiral staircase and vaulted ceilings that made it feel larger and allowed more light. Beach chairs and boogie boards well-used but meant we didn’t have to buy or rent anything. Would stay again. Check in at main office took a while, but that’s the association and not the unit owners.

We are the family of Nancy Killips and stayed in unit 7-408. We have nothing to compare our trip to but my parents were in unit 10-205.We enjoyed our time in Kehei. The condo location was excellent. The unit was fairly well supplied. We did have a few concerns. The screen door to the deck was always going off the track( we reported this), the bathroom door knob on the upstairs bathroom came off as it was held on by only one screw( this was reported too) and the drapes on the deck doors couldn’t be opened properly as they were sewn together at the top.Other than these problems we enjoyed our time at Kamaole Sands!

We really enjoyed our stay. Unit was very clean and provided all the amenities needed. We did have an issue with the upstairs sink not draining. The property manager did send someone out quickly, but the handyman did not successfully unclog sink. Just a small inconvenience. Overall, very happy with unit.

Overall we had a nice stay in Kihei. The unit was well set up and amenities were nice. When we checked in, one of the beds had a bunch of sand in the sheets however, so we did a fair amount of running around to sort the issue. We were told to email the property manager but didn’t hear back until the next day, at which point we were told that it was our fault for not reaching out via a different channel. In the end, we didn’t let it impact our stay, but certainly could have received better communication.

Great location and accommodation. Unit had everything we needed and more. Very well stocked and clean. Suite even had baby supplies( booster seat and crib) if needed!
