The condo was perfect for us for a quick stay in Maui. The location is perfect with the beach across the street and lots of walking distance restaurants! Catching a sunset across the street was beautiful! Check-in and check-out was super easy.
A treasure for location and ease of access - swimming and fantastic sunset views are directly across the street. The pool is a wonderful perk and the property owner is very prompt in responding to any questions. All very enjoyable. We found the furniture to be variably comfortable.

We had 2 couples staying here for 4 nights and it was just what we needed. 2 bed 2 bath combo was perfect so we didn’t have to share a bathroom. Kitchen was nicely updated, had a washer and dryer onsite, and a huge balcony. Loading parking area was great to not have to carry everything out to the lot. Unit is Around the corner from the main entrance and elevators, and directly across from the pool. Walk across the street and you’re in Kamaole 3 park, perfect sunsets. TV remote setup was a bit awkward, we couldn’t get it to work but communicated that
This was our first trip to Maui, and we spent a lot of time looking at places to stay. We were very pleased with the Maui Parkshore condos and Katarina's unit. We arrived late, close to 11PM and Lisa Sue, the condo manager, was still there and expecting us. She made us feel very welcome after a long day of travel. The place was as advertised, remodeled, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the day before we arrived, there was a huge storm and extensive flooding in the Kihei area, and the beaches were closed for 4 days or our 5 days on Kihei. Still, we had a great time and altered our activities. We did whale watching and a Molokini snorkel trip from the Kihei small boat harbor, which was a short from the condo. Whales galore to watch from shore too, glad we brought the binoculars. A five to ten-minute walk north from the condo was lots of dining and shopping options. We would definitely stay here again, thanks for the comfortable place to stay.

We loved the location of the condo as it was right across the street from a great beach. We intended for this vacation to be “easy” so we didn’t make a bunch of plans for outings or even rent a car! Our plans were to swim, snorkel, and lounge all day, on the beach or poolside. Which is exactly what we did. The condo had beach chairs, some snorkel gear, pool noodles, and a boogie board! The beach is so close that we were able to go back to the condo for lunch and then go back to the beach afterwards. We ordered groceries from Safeway and had them delivered which was budget-friendly and convenient. We got dinner and lunch out once and those restaurants were in walking distance. Also, shaved ice, açaí bowels, and cute shops within walking distance. We took a Lyft/Uber up to the Maui Ocean Center for a half day outing. That was about 25 min drive so not too bad. If you’re not used to the heat/humidity, you can request fans to help circulate the cool air from the a/c units in the bedrooms. We were comfortable. Overall, awesome trip, perfect for what we planned and wanted to do. We will definitely go back.
There’s not enough I can say about how amazing this property is! Everything about the Condo and location was perfect for our Maui experience. The Beach access across the street was such a treat, the on sight Property Manager was so sweet and helpful it was a comfort. The Condo is gorgeous, the sweeping view and beautiful Kitchen and bathrooms was a treat for us as our home is vintage and not updated we loved the modern amenities! The beach gear was appreciated and so enjoyed using it all! Katrina was in touch and available immediately if needed and made us feel welcomed. Mahalo to the owners and manager for the hospitality it was our once in a lifetime dream vacation for our family and this Property made it perfect! 🥰❤️🌺🌸
What a wonderful spot. The location was amazing. Easy access to a great beach. Short distance to restaurants and shops. The unit was very well appointed. The owners were great and very responsive. I’d absolutely stay again!!

We were in Maui for a family wedding and this cozy condo was perfectly located on the beach with a pool. The age range of our family is 7.5 to 78 so it was perfect and accessible for everyone. The pool, BBQ area and having ocean views from the patio really made our time around the apartment relaxing! We would definitely come back!
Location: across the street from Kam III. Close to Wailea, 5 min drive, ~ 45 min walk.
Property: clean and well appointed. AC in the bedroom was nice. Large sliding doors leading out to the lanai were great and were we spent most of our time; no need to be inside. Over all property was also well maintained. BBQs were great.
Communication: Katarina was great; very responsive.

Very nice place, modern and clean. NO BUGS, which is a first in many years. The location is great if you like being in Kihei but not so great if you don't like the noise of being in Kihei...
Well stocked with beach gear to borrow, as well as lots of kitchen necessities like condiments, spices, oils, etc, which really saves a bunch of unnecessary grocery shopping!
Our family enjoyed this property very much and highly recommend it. The property is located across the street from a great beach and in a better climate zone than areas further north. The unit is modern with all that you need, including beach accessories. It has a fantastic deck with a view of the pool and ocean. Parking is steps away and the host is very prompt in assisting where necessary. A few restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away by foot, with a bigger "downtown" area only 5 minutes away by car.
