**The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.
***The Vista Waikoloa will begin exterior painting of all buildings starting June 17, 2024. It is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks for each building to be completed, however, timelines listed below may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Great location and lots of space. We loved our stay in Waikoloa. It was our first time on Kona and we can’t wait to go back.

Cooling system was far too noisy and did not cool 9 out of 11 days. In person staff did not solve the problem. On phone person mentioned the sensor as being the problem. With her detailed instructions, not offered by others, the system cooled for two days. Noise never abated. A ruined vacation. Unacceptable experience.
