Air conditioning unit needed service while I was there. Staff was responsive in having the repair done. The villa was fine but it could use some paint and updates.
This was a beautiful property. The rental company was very transparent. We would definitely stay again.
The listing, communication and instructions were as described. It was nice to be at ground level, no stairs to climb or multi levels in the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Kapalua Bay was a 10 minute walk, saving the headache of trying to find parking at the beach. Very nice community!
We loved the space and the view was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and it felt like home. Thanks again for a great stay

The unit was poorly maintained. The odor of mold was very strong. The shower in bathroom did not work, but they did repair it. The toilet seat in 2d bathroom was unstable. Great views.
Good location, nice views but the unit wasn’t up to date , AC in bedroom not working, dirty ceilings , old smell in unit , we had to wash everything so we can give a better smell to the unit, the master bedroom bed was like a rock hard, we end up sleeping on the living room sofa , my wife called the property management and a lady name Kery was not friendly at all, other than that , the kitchen is nice and has all the amenities.
Very nice place. Could have been cleaner with attention to detail line scuffed dirty walls! Needed some fresh paint! Also could have used newer pillows on sofa and a newer not so dated bedspread. Everything just seemed old. Also the TV in living room was very difficult to operate. One very important thing is the shower near the bedroom we were unable to use! The pulley ti get the water fir a shower was completely stuck!
Other then those things the view was spectacular with a wonderful Lanai!
We enjoyed the stay, but were disappointed about beach access-none.
It is quiet here, the pools are nice and the condo comfortable. Thanks.
Overall this unit was very nice, convenient, close to the pool and well maintained.
My spouse and I stayed over the holidays, and the cost of this villa was incredibly low for its beautiful location. It was very comfortable: and the patio was lovely. The only frustration we incurred was the lock and key entry which was very awkward; a keyless entry would be a wonderful update.
