This coveted 3-bedroom, 3-bath corner unit at Waikoloa, Beach Villas H4.  Enjoy privacy in a serene location, windows on three sides, and a roomy 1,725 sq. ft. floor plan. Step onto the shaded outdoor living lanai with views of the velvety green golf course or walk just across the road to the shared, oasis-style pool and grill area.

Inside the villa, high ceilings and sun-drenched rooms showcase elegant koa wood furnishings and original Hawaiian art. Fully equipped kitchen, slider doors open to the lanai and prep dinner in the island breezes. Brand new, high-end appliances can help with nearly any recipe you can dream up.

In the evening, take your pick from three bedrooms, each with their own bath. The secluded primary bedroom, on the villa's second floor, has a king bed, an en-suite bath and shower, open loft office area just outside the bedroom, and a private lanai.   The upstairs guest bedroom offers a queen bed and an en-suite bath. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed and a separate bathroom.

We stayed at this property for 8 nights with our daughter and family. They came to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was a perfect location, right on the golf course and close to shopping and the beach. The kids loved the pool, actually preferred it to the beach!! The condo had an extremely well stocked kitchen (except for garbage bags!) The size of the condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 young children. I didn’t give it 5 stars on cleanliness because both lanais were in desperate need of deep cleaning. I recommend this rental to families.
