Enjoy ample space for any occasion at this luxury 6 bedroom private home at Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Situated in an ideal location this home offers easy access to the beach, Kolea Beach Club, as well as amenities at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott.
As you enter through the private gate you will be struck by the spaciousness of the property as well as size of the home. After walking through the large doors into the home you will be struck by the amazing ocean and beach views. The living room overlooks the lanai and pool onto the beach and ocean. Here you will find a sofa and two chairs that look out to the view and to the entertainment center. The entertainment center has a large wall mounted LCD television with a DVD player and surround sound. Adjacent to to the living area is the gourmet kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well stocked and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances with beautiful wood cabinetry. The interior dining area seats 8.
Both the living and dining areas open up to the expansive lanai and view. The lanai is filled with different set ups to enjoy weather it be to read a book or to enjoy dining outside while listing to the sounds of a Hawaiian luau next door. There is also a stainless steel BBQ grill on the lanai for your use. The pool overlooks the amazing view and is great for just relaxing or swimming laps. In the evening you can enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian sunset while relaxing in the hot tub.
Just off the living room is the master bedroom. This room has a king size bed with bedside tables and plenty of windows that showcase the spectacular view. Across from the bed is a nice sitting area as well as a wall mounted LCD television with a DVD player and a chest of drawers. The attached bathroom has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a large walk in shower with multi zone spray heads. If you want to get the full enjoyment of Hawaii take a shower in the outdoor shower.
The second master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables with ample windows that offer views of the tropical landscaping. Adjacent to the bed is a wall mounted LCD television. The attached bathroom has dual vanities with a deep soaking tub, large walk in shower, and outdoor shower.

We were a family of 13 including ourselves the grandparents, our children who are now parents and 4 grandchildren ages 2-7. Breath taking view and direct 1-2 minute path access to the to the beach. Complimentary parking and access to the massive Hilton resort nearby was fantastic! Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops.

Wonderful location. Amazing family trip to celebrate our 40th anniversary. House was perfect for the 11 of us.
The house needs some maintenance. Some of the refrigerators didn’t work, most of the master bedroom shower nozzles didn’t work, the guest house air conditioner froze up.

Property location and view was great. Enough rooms to easily accommodate a group of 9 +. Property could use a little TLC as it is beginning to look a little tired. The noise from the twice weekly luau at the Marriott is pretty high, but they do a good job at shutting it down at 8:00pm. Property Management group was very responsive and overall we had a nice trip/stay at the property

Everyone had a great time. Location is great for walking to the ocean, hotels and shopping. The only negative comment is the house accessories. There are way too many and cluttered all over the house. Very old fake flowers and nick knacks everywhere. Other than that, there's plenty of space for everyone.

Spectacular property in a very convenient location to the beach and other superb amenities, restaurants and retail.
Inviting, colorful, well-landscaped lot perfectly compliments the spacious Ohana and Guest Houses.
Large accommodations were more than enough to make our stay relaxing and very comfortable.
Definite plusses were the pool, spa and patio layouts where we spent lots of time especially during when watching the gorgeous sunsets.
Very little need for maintenance/cleaning…overall staff was responsive to almost all requests.
Suggestion is to repair inoperative patio appliance and remove or update older BBQ grills on big house patio for optimal enjoyment.

Beautiful views, convenient location & amenities, lots of space indoor and out! Pool is fabulous with gorgeous ocean views.
