Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.

Adventure Awaits Villa provides a perfect setting for your Hawaii getaway. It is designed for gatherings of up to 11 people and provides an upscale, relaxing, luxurious and well-equipped home for your Hawaiian vacation. Whether hosting your multi-generation family or traveling with other families or couples there is space enough for everyone to be comfortable.

As a large single-level home there are no stairs. The comfortable elegance of this home is sure to delight your entire family.

The house has central AC and Free WiFi. There is also a laundry room in the home for your use.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 12 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a large UltraHD 4K TV. It is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.

The lanai has an outdoor kitchen island with high-end BBQ, dining area, and outdoor living room with large UltraHD TV and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Enjoy your private pool with waterfall spa!

County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

For those with children

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to travel with all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do

A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Adventure Awaits Villa is a new home in the Ainamalu complex.
