An absolutely incredible property. This was probably the best vacation of our lives, and the house had a huge part in that. The house is so comfortable and beautiful and the location is absolutely stunning. We arrived after dark the first night and when we woke up the next morning we were in awe of the beauty. The hosts were amazing and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you!
Wonderful stay at this house! Very private and quiet neighborhood and centrally located. It’s nice to have a spectacular view and a yard for the kids to play in. Well stocked even with beach items including a cooler. It truly felt like home and we all are sad to leave!

This is a lovely and comfortable home with amazing views and a great location. We love the North Shore, but also enjoy Kapaa. The beach below the house is beautiful and great for kids. The house itself is great and the response if there is an issue is incredibly quick and friendly. My only regret for reviewing this place so positively is that we may not get our reservation next year. Absolutely fantastic.

Views of ocean are fantastic and short drive down to beach below. Don't even think about navigating down hillside. House was great but you are staying here for the end to end panorama views of the ocean. Only downside is for whatever reason the extra parking spot outside that is for those staying there is/was used by transients with cars parking there. Reported that to rental. Police had to come twice with one a foot pursuit down the hill. Not great scenery there for our kids and is the big reason why you definitely can't leave anything unlocked when not there. Also guest toilet broke at the end of stay.

This was the second time that we stayed at the Kealia Landing house; the first time was 9 years ago. It was a vacation with our two grown children and their partners. We enjoyed the house the first time around, so booked it again, primarily based on its terrific location. The house was a bit worn this time, and could use a few upgrades. There were still no hooks to hang towels in the 2 downstairs bathrooms (my complaint from 9 years ago!!!). Unfortunately, there was also an issue with no hot water in the master shower, although there was hot water everywhere else in the house, including the master bath. The management company immediately came to assess the situation, determined what the issue was, which could not be addressed during our stay, but a suitable agreement was made with the owner. Issues with any house can occur, so I do not hold this against the property. Also, as stated by other reviewers, the downstairs bedrooms can get stuffy when the windows are closed, although there are fans which helped. The master bedroom was great, with the doors open all night and the sound of the ocean. The location of the house was ideal, with reasonable driving times to destinations in either direction. There was a walking/biking path which stretched both north and south from the house. This time around, we couldn't find the iffy and steep path down to the beach, but it was no problem walking or driving to the beach. The house had beach chairs and beach towels, and most other items needed for our stay. We didn't do much cooking, choosing to eat out....but there were many dining options just a few minutes drive away. The house wasn't perfect, but we still really enjoyed our time there.
This was our first time to Kaua'i and this property did not disappoint! Just the two of us for our 25th wedding anniversary. We spent hours just relaxing and watching the waves roll in and out. The view was breathtaking and even though there are neighbors it is a very private yard. Loved listening to the waves lull us to sleep at night. Incredible food nearby at Tonys Catch , Kenji Burger and Oasis on the Beach. Nothing is too far so we had tons of fun and adventures while we were there. Thank you for sharing this piece of heaven with us!

Very good layout. Very well stocked home, we had everything we needed included beach chairs, floating devices and umbrellea.
Beautiful location and great house! The house was as advertised, was clean, comfortable and had great extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, a small cooler and more. The location was very central and the nearby walking path was perfect for a great run or walk with a perfect view of whales and dolphins in the morning! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to others!

Lovely place to stay.
Kealia Landing House was perfect for our group of six. Spectacular views from the house, we saw whales almost daily from the back patio. Ideal location midway between north and south side of the island meant we were never more than an hour from our sight seeing, hiking destinations.
Love: property provided beautiful view and setting. Perfect for meditation and relaxation.
Did not like: difficult walk down hill to reach the beach. Home itself needs some updating, ie. Bathrooms and mold in the washing machine.
