We enjoyed our stay at Kona Pacific. The place worked great for our family of 4. We wanted a location where we could walk to town for dinner or to grab coffee in the morning and this was exactly what we needed. I used the washer and dryer everyday and it was so nice to have when you are packing light for Hawaii. The furniture on the patio could use an update and the air conditioners leaked onto the patio because the trays that collect the water overflowed. We were happy we had air conditioning though it was a trade off.

This property was ideal for our group which included myself, and my (3) neighbors. This trip included, myself, neighbor and mom to 15 year old twins. The kids were in Kona for an invitational competitive swim meet. The 3 bathrooms were so perfect for us. The unit had everything you could need, the kitchen was amazing and having a washer/dryer was ideal. Everything was clean and had nice amenities. There was so much room for us all to have our own space and let me tell you, the sunsets were incredible. It was so awesome having your own parking space, close to the elevator. I plan on renting this unit again. Thank you so much.

Access to Kona/Kailua was great. Overall well equipped unit - a few tips that I will include for prospective renters- there are a few basic kitchen supplies - coffee filters (always nice not to have to buy 200 of those!), salt, a few spices. There's a coffee grinder which is nice being in Kona. 2 blenders so no worries there :)-theres a soft side rolling cooler, 3 functional beach chairs, and some sand toys/snorkel gear. No beach umbrella which would have been nice but those are easy to rent- the AC units are nice to have; effective, but a bit loud; they were NOT absolutely necessary (despite what our teens thought), you could run one to cool the bedroom before bedtime and then just switch to fans-the complex was clean, and really well maintained in the public areas and pool; there are 3 gas grills in the pool area for common use, they put 2 brand new grills in while we were there; the pool area is not huge like a resort but very nice and if the rest of the island wasn't so great to explore we would've gladly spent more time poolside, there were only ever a few guests/residents using the area-the underground parking was really nice, kept the car secure and cool, great access from car right to the elevator and on to the condo; we are not mobility challenged but this might be a good unit for people who need help with that-as noted in the title the lanai is fully the length of the unit and great to hang out on and catch the breezes
The condo worked perfectly for us. We were a party of 4. The large lanai was our gathering place at night. Quiet and clean. Good pool area. Easy access to places in and around Kona. Kitchen was clean with nice appliances. Underground parking a plus.
The location was perfect walking distance to town, shops, restaurants and beaches. The views from the balcony were great.
The condo is a bit tired as in furniture, bedding and basic upkeep of property. For the price it was good and gave it a 4-star only because of location but can’t give it a 5 star due to its need for updating. Outdoor furniture is falling apart, bedding is old and worn, whole place is in need of fresh paint, tubs are peeling and you are unable to use jetted tunb or garbage disposal.
We would stay here again. Easy parking, walking distance to shops and restaurants, clean and comfortable.
Stay here!! Everything was extremely clean and a lot of things updated. The beds were comfortable and lots of towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. We spent every morning with our coffee on the deck with an ocean view. There were some beach supplies and even a little cooler. Even some frozen ice packs in the freezer that made our beach trips perfect. AC and fans in every room but the elevator and the room proximity to elevator and the designated parking spot made everything so convenient. Even though it's not right on the beach, it's a quick walk. A quick walk to downtown as well. The elevator and parking spot definitely make up for not being right on the beach especially lugging all your stuff back after a long day. Would definitely stay here every trip to Kona.

Beautiful condo within walking distance of town. We didn’t rent a car and it was ideal. Balcony had mountain and bay views and bird watching opportunities. Enjoyed lounging on balcony from bedrooms and living room with wine and snacks. View of 4th of July fireworks was amazing. Definitely recommend the complex. Pool was immaculate and we often had it to ourselves. Visited Maui often and this was a better view!

We were part of a group of 13 ( 3 condos rented ) all family members. Our plan was to spread my Mother's and my Sister's ashes in Kona which was my Mother's favorite island. My immediate family of 3 were lucky enough to have stayed at this condo the property was amazing. Within walking distance of town, restaurants, and most important the ocean. Our view was fantastic. We appreciated all of the beach goodies available at the condo including ice chest, beach towels, sun screen, beach chairs, etc. The condo was beautifully decorated. Carpets looked brand new. The condo included everything that you would need at a vacation rental making our stay very comfortable. Thank You so much.

Ample space for our family of 4. The lanai is large and accessible from all rooms - so relaxing to sit and look for whales swimming by. Good location close to food and shopping. My wife, her two adult daughters and I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2024. The best thing about this property is the location which is excellent. It is close to and walking distance to restaurants, stores and the waterfront. We also attended the Voyagers of the Pacific Luau at the Royal Kona Resort just across the street. Ali’i Street a few yards away has a bike path on both sides and is a great place to go running. A short half mile walk south on Ali’i street is Hon’l beach which has a small sandy beach a shaded grass area and toilet and shower facilities. Another beach close by about four miles south is Magic Sands Beach which has parking and shower/toilet facilities. I gave four stars for the check-in because the management company Knutson & Associates has strict instructions regarding the stay but the condo was not ready for us at 4:00 pm. I understand that some circumstances are beyond their control and they did do their best to compensate us for the inconvenience. The condo is clean and comfortable with three full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The door to the MB bathroom was broken but they promptly had it fixed the next day. The living room and bedrooms had window air conditioning units which some reviews had complained about the noise and sometimes when it cycled on in the MB it did wake me but it made the climate more comfortable to sleep. We walked everywhere to eat at night. Overall it is a great place to stay with oceans views from the lanai.
Great location, very clean and well appointed. This unit is very convenient to the elevator for parking and trash chute. It felt very private, more than I expected from a condo. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful time for our 2023 Christmas and 2024 New Year! The place was perfect for our needs, we travel with 3 and it gave each one of us a private bathroom with all the amenities you can think of! The kitchen is stacked with everything you need for a family meal as well!
The place is close to everything Kona and it was a pleasure to be guest! Walking distance and easy Uber rides to destinations, thank you so much for sharing this wonderful place with us. Will definitely go back!

Our stay was very delightful. The condo had every amenity you can think of and more. The view was incredible from our huge, covered patio and the location was perfect. If I'm lucky enough to get back to Hawaii, I will definitly stay here again. The booking was easy and the Management company was awesome. I had texted back and forth a few times and the responce was almost immediate. If I had to give a negative, the shower towles can be updated.

Me and 2 other girls rented this amazing condo during Ironman World Championship week. This was 1 mile from the start/finish line and maybe 0.5 miles from the expo. I loved that we could walk to everything - Coffee Shops, Restaurants, shops, etc... We loved sitting out on the balcony everyday having breakfast and listening to the birds.
Communication with the owner was fantastic and the place was exactly what we wanted. HUGE plus that there was 3 bathrooms and an AC unit for each bedroom and one in the living room.
I would definitely stay here again!!!!
