This beautiful, private top floor condo at Kahaluu Bay Villas is quite the gem.
The unit has a well equipped kitchen and all the rooms are spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean.
The bedrooms and baths are wonderfully appointed.
The living area is open and airy. Everything that is needed for staying in a condo is provided, even the snorkeling gear. The views of Kahaluu Bay and the condo pool from the balcony are unobstructed and beautiful. Watching the sunset or the boats in the bay from the balcony is so relaxing.
NEW WOVEN DRAPERY SHUTTERS INSTALLED IN 2020 FOR LANAI WINDOW COVERINGS! This fantastic feature not only helps with blocking out the sun, but is excellent for keeping the unit at a much cooler temperature than blinds!

After a morning snorkel in this calm, shallow bay visit unique locations like the Place of Refuge or Keauhou Bay (where you will see an awesome variety of colorful tropical fish, several Green Sea Turtles, and a beautiful array of coral), take a swim and sun bath by the lovely pool that is immediately below your condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time at the Kahaluu Bay Villas. This time brought my older kids. The unit was a perfect unit for a family or 2 couples. We had all the amenities of home as we love to cook our own meals. The unit was clean, fully stocked with kitchen supplies, the location was right across from great snorkel beach and easy drive to downtown. The lanai is very large and hadsbeautiful ocean views which we spent most of the time on the lanai when we were there. The pool is nice with a BBQ area. The managers were very responsive when we asked and brought us what we needed. Everyone really loved it. We will be booking for next year again!!!

It is ideally suited if you like to snorkel because the bay is only a 5 minute walk. This was the 17th time we have stayed here and of the 4 different apartments 304 has the best view of the ocean.

This is a very comfortable and spacious property that has an amazing view. The kitchen well stocked for cooking your own meals. Very close to a grocery/mall, but will need to catch the bus or rent a car for activities. Lovely snorkelling across the street. Could use a little maintenance to ensure everything us working properly, but otherwise very happy with our stay.

The views from the balcony were beyond spectacular. We were gifted with a Hawaiian sunset every evening. The snorkeling across the street at Kahalu’u Beach Park was a family favourite. We were there every morning enjoying the warm water, cooler fuel reef fish and the occasional sea turtle. I would love to return.
