This truly fabulous home has awesome, panoramic views of the mountains, Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay from virtually every room as well as from the private, saline swimming pool. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home's peaceful and serene surroundings let you fully enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean and Kauai's tropical birds.
We have a property manager(Thames) who lives across the street who will do a meet and greet, give you tips on nearby sights and cooking as well as solve any concerns that arise.
As soon as you enter, you will understand this is an unforgettable home. Magnificent views through floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors will captivate you . . . the high ceilings add an extra dimension to the elegance of Hululani. Throughout this 4,500 square foot, two-story home are beautiful furnishings and thoughtful amenities that were carefully chosen for your comfort and convenience. Air conditioning, Mexican tile floors and clever use of marble throughout are among the numerous features that guests really appreciate at Hululani. Upscale landscape lighting allows you to enjoy the gardens well into the evening.
Every room looks out at spectacular views through many huge windows. Step out to the lanai and pool area for a refreshing swim, to luxuriate in your private hot tub or simply relax in the gentle breezes coming in off the ocean. The outside shower and half-bath are a wonderful convenience when you're lounging outdoors or by the pool.
The second living room, or "view room," upstairs gives you large windows at several angles from which to admire nature's splendor and is a wonderful place to watch sunset's colorful skies and enjoy each other's company. The wet bar makes it easy to prepare your favorite tropical beverage while the adjacent game area with its card table invites bridge games and other friendly competitions. On the second level are two king/master suites with private lanais.
On the main level, there is another king/master suite, as well as a bedroom with 2 Queen beds, an office, and a large living/dining room that opens to a covered gourmet BBQ area outdoors. To begin with, the property manager replied to all my inquiries within a business day. She was helpful, informative, and clear. Once we booked, she proactively contacted us to make sure we were on our way, and knew what to do when we arrived. Our key pick up was easy, and we found the house without problem. The next morning, we were visited by our neighbor who introduced himself as our contact if anything were to go wrong.
The house itself was lovely. Spacious and open with a variety of sitting areas. The view was spectacular, and the back yard included ripe lemons, limes and avocados for the picking. The beds were all comfortable.
If you come, you'll love the house. A car is necessary, though all the amenities of Princeville and Hanalei are close by.

We loved Hululani! The home was immaculate and very good kitchen. Close to Hanalei and many stores. We had plenty of room to spread out, enjoyed the pool and property. Would love to visit again! Kauai is so beautiful! Thames the property manager was very helpful and responsive. We had fun playing ping pong and Bocce Ball in the yard. House had everything for beach days!

This was our 2nd stay at Hululani. We usually prefer to try new places, but we loved Hululani so much our previous stay, it was our top choice for returning! The home is clean, spacious & easily fit our group with 3 en-suite bedrooms for the adults & 1 large bedroom for the kids to share. The large kitchen & BBQ area are perfect for meals at home, the house is well-stocked with everything you need. Having an extra fridge in the garage & an outdoor shower to wash off sand was SO handy!! The pool area is fantastic with stunning landscaping & gorgeous views! The upstairs lanai’s & living room have amazing sunset views! This house is a perfect home base!My only recommendation is to convert the door locks to key pads so that the need to stop by & pick up / drop off keys is eliminated.

Spent a week here with my family of 7 adults and a 2 year old. The house has everything you need along with the most incredible views of Hanalei Bay. The back yard is gorgeous and the location to Hanalei is a short 6 minute drive. Will definitely be back.,,,my family loved it and we all had plenty of space to hang out. Bedrooms were very large and spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and more. Awesome rental!
