You can't beat the views here! We really enjoyed our stay. It did get a little toasty in the afternoon when the sun set, especially while cooking, but it cooled off within a few hours.The walk down to the beach is a very steep, paved walkway. It's not the kind of beach to really hang out at, as it's mostly rocks and course sand. See photo. It is beautiful, however, and fun to see the little tide pools.We made it our goal to be home each night at sunset. It never disappointed.
Absolutely stunning. I couldn’t think of a more perfect place in paradise to take in the northern shore of Kauai. Great location to beaches, restaurants, grocery and more for both walking and driving. Sunsets for a lifetime, beautiful wildlife and clean amenities/grounds. Host was very informative, responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. Their management team was great. Nothing broke or was needed during our stay but I’m sure if it was an issue we couldn’t live without, they would remedy quickly and effectively. Until next time!

This condo met all our expectations. It was very clean and just the right size for a couple. It was very nice to have updated features and furniture. The bed was very comfortable, which is always something we worry about. Nice to have both ceiling and floor fans. The only thing we would have liked is for the ceiling fans to have different speeds. We appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella and a small cooler accessible. We love Princeville and the location of our condo was perfect. It was also close to the paved path down to the residents’ beach. We would definitely come back to stay here.
This was our 1st time on Kauai, It was recommended that we stay in Princeville for the sheer beauty of the area. They were right we loved the North side of the Island as well as Princeville. It is truly picture perfect. The condo was located on a bluff with a gorgeous view. The condo was the perfect size for 2 people. There are restaurants and coffee shops close and the town of Hanalei Bay is just a few minutes away. The Hidden beach below the Condo was very nice and I did some snorkeling there and saw to many turtles to count. All and all we highly recommend the area for you next stay.
I cannot say enough great things about this place - we loved every minute of our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The place is beautiful and clean, the location could not be better, the beach down below is a steep walk but short and every time we were there we practically had it to ourselves. The sunset views are amazing. Ten out of ten would stay here again!

Access was not as requested or told it was even though we asked multiple time for level entry because of wife's handicap. She was confined a good part of the time because of difficulty of steep incline from parking lot to condo entry. Not truthful about entry even though we were very specific re this aspect of a rental.
Condo was just as listed on the website. Very clean, well appointed kitchen except lacking any spices or condiments, including salt! There was a set of beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet. lanai was lovely, we spent a lot of time just relaxing and looking at the amazing view-a great place to relax. And, the pool was great as well.

This rental exceeded all of our expectations! It was super clean, had higher end appliances and kitchen supplies, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! We were extremely surprised about how well the unit stayed cool. There were times I dare say - we were even chilly 😳 The views were unreal and we spent every-single-evening watching the sunset from the lanai. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heart-beat!

Lovely updated unit with some of the best views on the island. Perfect place to watch the sunset every night and fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the beach below. Property management team was amazing and extremely responsive and nice when reaching out. Only slight knock is the kitchen could use a few more utensils and dishware; we cooked at the unit every night and were a bit limited.

This is our 2 nd time staying just on Kauai and using Kauai Rentals. They are fabulous to rent from. This time we stayed for 9 nights in Pali Ke Kau112. This 1 bedroom condo sat on the cliffs overlooking the NaPali coast. Specifics: the king bed was very comfortable, the bedroom had lots of space, there was a smart TV in the bedroom. The bathroom had a great shower, I would have liked some more bar soap but we bought some great handmade soap at an art fair so that worked out. Nice soft towels with separate towels for the pool. Kitchen- great pans, minimal extras such as spices. We have been in other places where there are many spices, oils, etc and there was not much here. Tons of wine glasses but not much in the way of storage containers.They supplied beach chairs, etc.There is a very steep path to Hideaway Beach which is beautiful. Don’t let the path dissuade you from going down!Overall we loved this place. Listening to the surf every night was amazing and the views at every minute of the day did not disappoint.We had a problem with the toaster on the first day and Phoebe from Kauai Rental was right over with a new one. Their app is great with wonderful information, they have check in and check out down to a science, and they are very responsive to any issues. We will be sure to use them every time we return to Kauai!

My wife and I spent 10 days at PKK112. The view and complex are amazing. We really enjoyed the quality of this unit and felt it had almost everything we could have wanted. The grill and outdoor furniture were terrific. The linens and mattress where very comfortable. The renovations were quite nice. We just wish the owner would consider a portable AC unit like others have in the primary bedroom. Yes the breezes are cool...but it's still not a perfect sleep. We will definitely return if an AC unit is added to the bedroom. Great unit we loved our time.

Pali Ke Kua 112 is very nicely furnished and equipped with quality amenities that make it a wonderful place to stay. We have stayed at Pali Ke Kua many times and specifically liked the following features in this unit during our two week October 2023 stay:1) Location - Hanalei Bay view, sunset view and Hideaway Beach access. The Pali Ke Kua units that face west with a fantastic Hanalei Bay view are our choice for North Shore accommodations. 2) Grill - Lack of a grill has been a negative when staying at Pali Ke Kua so we were very happy to find an electric grill on the patio. 3) Patio shades - Afternoon sun shining directly into units facing west makes the room hot and uncomfortable. This unit has patio sun screens that can be lowered as needed to block afternoon sun shining directly into the unit - perfect for temperature control and comfort! ALL west facing units should have shades. 4) Beach chairs - Tommy Bahama beach chairs with shoulder straps are great! Keeps hands free to carry all the other stuff to the beach. 5) Kitchen - Having a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals is a must for us. My spouse grew up in Hawaii and we look forward to preparing and enjoying local foods not readily found on the mainland when we visit. Much appreciated not listed appliances... Chefman water kettle with temperature control for preparing coffee with our Aeropress. Rice cooker. One disappointment... I inquired about an additional guest after making this somewhat last minute reservation. Kauai Vacation Rentals told me only 2 guests maximum were permitted because the unit only had beds for 2 people. During our stay, I discovered that the sofa in the living room is in fact a sofabed that can accommodate 2 additional guests.
We had the most FABULOUS stay at this location that is in the heart of Princeville the Northshore of Kauai. The owner has up to date modern motif that we felt right at home with. Bed comfortable, superb quality of kitchen essentials and they even had chairs and an unbrella that came quite in handy. It's booked with the assistance of Kauai Rental Properties who streamlined the entire process providing great service and left us goodies! What a memorable time we spent there with gorgeous views we will remember for a lifetime. Thank You!

- better heating BBQ - wouldnt go past 350F which makes it hard to sear/cook a good steak
What was uncomfortable were the fruitflies in the bathroom at nights . From the moment we arrived in the evening there were fruitflies everynight in bathroom ceiling above mirror
