Priced accuratley for what it was. Property was well stocked with kitchen tools, books, and beach things (towels, beach chair, fins, and umbrella). Wifi and cable TV were nice for our evenings. Nice patio to have coffee on in the mornings. Unit is close to Pool so a little loud in the evenings with the slider open but not bad. No vent fan in the bathrooms and no a/c where the things that were less than ideal. Communications where timely and accurate.
Such a great, memorable family trip! The place was amazing. Only thing I would change is AC. Gorgeous location, pool, playground. 10/10
While we were initially disappointed that the condo didn’t have AC, we quickly learned that it is perfectly positioned to catch every breeze. The condo is beautiful, with views of the amazing pool from the bedroom lanai, and of the ocean from the living room lanai. The resort was welcoming and has all kinds of activities. We were not aware of the parking fee due to resort, but it was so, so worth it.

This unit was wonderful for our needs. It is very large, is stocked very well for all your needs (towels, kitchen items, beach items, outlets, fans, laundry soap, etc.), and has ocean views. It catches a very nice cross-breeze, and we were never hot. We stayed here two weeks and worked while we were there, it has an easy setup to work with a desk, strong internet, two patio tables and a dining room table all from which you can operate. It is a short walk to the overlook where we saw humpback whales almost daily! This property is very clean and excellently maintained. We would stay at this complex again without hesitation.
In mention families but many adults were there, especially seniors from the US and Canada. From December through March, you can see the humpback whales from many of the units or sit on a chair and view them on the north end of the property. There's tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, Monday mai tai party, yoga class (fee). The pool is several parts. There's a beautiful family section with pool, hot tub (lower temp for kids) and a waterspout for little ones to enjoy. Then there's the adult pool and adult hot tub. Since non the winter it's rainy and can be chilly, it's popular.There is a fee for daily parking.
On the other hand, the walls are paper thin so you will hears in each building. The appliances are dated but work. The floor plan in our unit was very conducive for the sofa sleeper person who didn't have to close up the bed every morning. We easily walked around that area. Groceries are nearby as well as restaurants and a good fish market just 10 min. away in Hanalei. Many farmers markets, almost on a daily basis ( leasing office has a calendar). Expect this area to be very quiet and relaxing. Hiking for all levels abounds.

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon! The apartment was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed (big comfy bed, lots of storage, snorkel gear, beach towels, chairs and umbrella, tennis rackets). Both ends of the suite had a lanai, each with a stunning view, either of the ocean and grounds or a gorgeous peekaboo view of the beautiful pool area and surrounding jungle. The amenities area was very beautiful with many different areas to explore (warm pool, colder pool, hot tubs, lots of seating, gym, common area). We will return!
Terrific, comfortable, beautiful, peaceful location. Well-equipped (though kitchen was not equipped with things like salt & pepper, cooking oil). It was really comfortable and hassle-free. The only thing I would say is I recall somewhere in the posting literature it listed a 6-minute walk to the beach. Really more accurate to say a 6-minute walk to the shoreline as beach access is not to be found near this property and required a drive or bicycle (available for free at the property).
