Wailea Ekolu #105 is a luxury 2Bd/2Ba condo with scenic views of the ocean, mountains, and tropical garden. The unit has tile floors, contemporary furnishings, three large flat-screen TVs, king bed in master, two twins convertible to king in guest room, and queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living. The condo has split system air conditioning in all rooms, a washer & dryer, full bathrooms for each room, 4 bathrobes, and bathroom scales. The full kitchen boasts a sleek design with hidden appliances (fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal), a built-in high-top dining table with four chairs, full-size stove and oven, a Keurig coffee maker and a regular auto-drip coffee maker, instant hot water, and all-new dishes, glassware, utensils, and flatware.
In the living room of Wailea Ekolu #105 is a modular sofa, a large ottoman with storage, a large flat-screen TV with DVR, Blu-Ray and DVD, and a Sonos sound system with Pandora service. On the patio you'll enjoy a beautiful ocean view (where you can see Molokini and Kaho'olawe!), beautiful patio furniture to lounge on, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy sunset cocktails and dinners. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available. Also included are a telephone, answering machine, calls to the US mainland, Canada, Japan, India, and Mexico, wireless Internet, and a wireless printer. This unit sleeps 4.

Wailea Ekolu has several lovely pool areas as well as a large pavilion area for larger groups. There are also additional barbecue and picnic areas on the grounds with panoramic views of the ocean and the sunsets. The beautiful Mokapu and Ulua Beaches are just a 10 minute stroll down the hill from Wailea Ekolu. Wailea Ekolu is located on the Wailea Golf Course and is across the street from the Wailea Tennis Club making it the perfect destination for golfers and tennis enthusiasts. It is a quick walk to The Shops at Wailea and the Wailea Promenade where you can walk along the beach for miles. Whale watch, paddle board, body surf and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. It was awesome and much needed vacation. Property was awesome and perfectly located. There was a mildew smell in the unit but we assumed it was from the excessive rain. We would stay again!

Beautiful view and location in Wailea- this unit is one of the closest to the beach and has near total privacy on the lanai thanks to the bushes and hedge placement. Nice furnishings and appliances, beds very comfy. Lots of great beach supplies. Only thing missing was a pack and okay for our daughter- we had to rent one for an extra $100 during our stay. Would be a very nice perk if the unit added one in the future. Pool is pretty cold (around 70) but we were there in Dec, wish it was heated! We had a great time here!

We loved the location, the space was perfect for us, condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. It felt like a home more than a rental.

We were wowed by the view immediately on walking in. Photos couldn’t do it justice. Very clean, everything we needed to keep it up was in place. Groceries were delivered in advance and were perfect. Great communication with management prior to arrival. Great location to shopping, restaurants, hotels, local gym, all was better than expected. Thank you!

This was a perfect rental property for me and my siblings, who went to Maui to visit our dad. Walking distance to beaches (15 minutes) and restaurants. Unit was very well-appointed, especially the kitchen. Had four beach chairs and a beach umbrella--so nice! Would recommend this unit highly.
