Enjoy the convenience of an excellent location near locally friendly Kihei Town, with its variety of shops and restaurants, and the Shops of Wailea with golf and tennis nearby.

Our fully remodeled condo with split system AC offers luxury living in a beautiful tropical setting. Experience a very private tropical garden from the lanai on the second floor of the building, which keeps the apartment cool and comfortable throughout the day. We offer broadband wireless internet, plasma TV, beautiful granite countertops, a fully equipped kitchen and fine linens.

Laundry facilities on property ( 2 washers/2 dryers per floor). The principal bedroom features a California King bed while the guest room has two twin beds, which can be converted into a King. There are also two luxurious full baths. Split system AC/10 nights at Xmas.

Cleaning fee, State General Excise Tax, State and County Transient Accommodations Taxes will be added to room rate. All taxes are subject to change and additional taxes due will be collected prior to occupancy.

This place is in a cool old building with chill old timers who have been coming for years. Quiet and convenient. Convenience store a couple buildings over. Very well equipped with beach supplies. Nice natural area within walking distance. On the last day we walked all the way down the beach path in the shishi side of town and felt smug.
