The property photos show views of the course and/or ocean. However there are many condos and you could end up facing trees and have no view at all. You cannot control this, that variable makes this a 4 start situation.
This 2 bedroom condo was a wonderful place to stay for our week in Maui. We took our 2 daughters and two grandsons to Maui for The winter holidays. In this condo was one daughter and us, the parents. In another condo, our daughter and two sons stayed. We all got together in 13 for breakfast and lunch. The lanai was enjoyed by all and was private overlooking flowers and plants. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We have stayed at the Grand Champions since the early 90’s and this was one of the nicest we have rented. I highly recommend this condo. There are 5 steps up to a bridge and about 8 steps down to the first floor unit. We have some mobility issues and we’re able to use the steps since there is a railing on both sides.
We enjoyed our stay here! Andrei was responsive and helpful for local tips. The beds were extremely comfortable! The lanai was peaceful and had a view of the trees and flowers. We were close to everything, walkable but we drove. The island market has everything you need and is close by. The beach chairs and towels were much appreciated. You will enjoy your stay here!

From the booking process to check out Andrei and his team were responsive caring. Property was just enough space better than a hotel. Beautiful decorations to feel more like a home than hotel. Surprising amenities like beach chairs and towels you won't get other places.
The location is ok if you eat at home there are limited options even for delivery and kids.
Golf is amazing and accessible with or without a car. Kids loved the pool after si much beach time and being able to bar b que.
If you're looking for more home than hotel this is the place to book in Maui.
It was everything we needed for a quick, clean and homey stay.
We just spent 2 weeks of March break in Wailea / Maui . I am pretty particular about the places I rent for our vacations and I was very impressed with this condo upon arrival . Andrei’s condo has the best location possible , right in the middle of Wailea , walking distance to fancy shopping , best coffee places , amazing restaurants .
The condo is huge and extremely clean , everything you need is there and more !
Lots of privacy , the terrace is facing a beautiful and very green garden / forest .
Master bedroom is gorgeous and large , tastefully decorated . Beds and pillows super comfortable . Living room and master bedroom face the garden , the whole complex is very quiet .
Andrei is the best host I ever met ! He pretty much planned our vacation since I didn’t have a chance to do much research when I booked this trip . All restaurants he recommended were exquisite . Food was gourmet ! All activities and beaches that Andrei suggested were amazing !
Even on our last day , just because I told him that we have some time before heading to the airport , he told us about this beautiful spot to check out on our way to the airport .
An organic farm with yummy food , beautiful sunset and a live band .

The unit was one of the cleanest units we have stayed in. Andrei was very good to communicate with. The condo is located on the bottom floor which makes it a cool unit. We ran the air very little. The ceiling fans moved air very well. Would recommend this unit.
Great location and easy access to local spots. Condo provided all necessary amenities for the 9 day stay. Property manager was very communicative and resolved the few questions we had quickly. Would recommend.
Excellent stay despite the storms. Andrei checked in regularly, the condo was spotless and there were countless extras that made our stay so relaxing
Easiest rental! The unit was beautiful, well cared for, fully stocked and ready for us to relax in. Tropical view off the bedroom was exquisite! Thank you. Will defitely rent this again!
I loved this rental. The location was very close to everything that we needed in Wailea. The kitchen was well equipped with all the dish ware and utensils that we needed. We were able to have one of the king beds split into two twins. The back balcony/porch was beautiful, and made you feel like you were staying in a rainforest. There were 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach towels. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a really nice place to stay in Wailea.
