Property Description

Whale watch while listening to the breaking waves from the shoreline from the Primary bedroom's private lanai with unobstructed ocean views! This beautifully appointed three bedroom villa has over 2,500 square feet of living area. Each of the three bedrooms are en-suite. The two Primary bedrooms have a king size bed and the third bedroom has two twin size beds that can be converted to a king size bed.

Owner provides two 4-person golf carts.

Custom furniture designed specifically for this property with interior details by Rhoady Lee Architecture and Design. Teak pocket doors and hard wood flooring throughout. Kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, butcher block counters, and all the conveniences of home.

Zoned air conditioning throughout the villa and high-speed wireless internet access.

Room Service:
This villa is within walking distance to the beach and the Four Seasons Resort amenities including 5 swimming pools, the Sports Club & Spa and the Jack Nicklaus-designed Hualalai Golf Course. Four Seasons in-room dining service is also available with this villa - delivered right to your door!

Bedroom Configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Upper Level) Primary Bedroom - King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and Lanai.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - King Bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, Lanai.
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level) - Two Twin Beds (converts into a King Bed upon request), TV, Ensuite bathroom.

Professional Management:
This property is professionally managed by Private Homes Hawaii, a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the State of Hawaii. You will be personally greeted upon arrival with a full orientation of the villa and our team is available for additional services and assistance throughout your stay.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

The location overlooking the golf course and the ocean is beautiful and inspires relaxation. And the proximity and access (with additional fee)to the Four Seasons facilities via a short golf cart ride was amazing. The home was in great condition and had everything we needed. And the Club concierge arranged for tours and property access seamlessly. All around great experience at a great property.

We have stayed in many villas at Hualalai - and this by far had the best to offer. So close to the resort you can get room service, with unobstructed ocean views! The house is well furnished and really well maintained. It was spotless. Private Homes is incredibly responsive. It really is so easy to arrive, feel at home, and never want to leave. There is plenty of space for lounging and more than enough room for 6 folks, although we were a group of 4. Perfect blend of location and quality! We will be back for sure.

The location was beautiful. Unfortunately the agent did not tell me that it was a second floor, walk up unit. That created some challenges inasmuch as my wife and our friend both had recent surgeries that made the stairs a challenge. Also, while the layout and furnishings were great, the unit die no have doors where doors would be expected, like the master bedroom water closet.

Perfect location for a relaxing week; we wanted the resort experience without staying in a resort, and this property definitely fits the criteria. The property is exactly as described and the hosts were gracious and well prepared for our arrival. The Club Concierge is also a useful resource to help with reservations for activities/restaurants. Absolutely love love the indoor/outdoor living concept in the architectural design, truly an outstanding experience.

Great location, terrific house, and superb customer service. That sums up our stay. The house was beautiful, with a fabulous view. The kitchen, living room, balcony were great. The master bedroom and bath were very, very nice. The second and third bedrooms were pretty good too. The master shower blocked up on day 1. Doors in the second bedroom were getting stuck and the safe was broken. All these complaints were addressed and fixed within a few hours. They even brought us a portable safe which was then bolted to the ground. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend this place.
