The house has 5 bedrooms, with 1 other spacious flex room that adds a sleeping area.
An additional lounge area features a modern, backlit ceiling and windows facing an ocean view. For absolute relaxation, head outside and unwind in the 100ft infinity pool or soak in the eight-person jacuzzi tub.
In a private, gated community, our farm boasts security and relaxation.
This home was built as a retreat center and is the largest home* on the Big Island. With such a unique experience comes a responsibility to respect the land, home, and neighborhood. We love our community and the atmosphere we have cultivated for this home. ).
The pool, pickleball court, and lanai close at 10 PM each night for your safety and to observe quiet hours.

Welcome to Kailua Kona Estate!
We're in the desirable "comfort zone" elevation, where it always 10 degrees cooler than shore and stays at a constant 70-80 degrees year-round! Two of the rooms has a split type ductless air conditioning system. You will enjoy comfortable sleeping temperatures.
There are four sets of washers and dryers in the house. Plenty for all your needs! Private, gated parking on premises.
One of the traveler favorites here at the mansion is stargazing. On cloudless nights, the stars are absolutely incredible to watch here on the farm.

There are so many different things you can do on the Big Island!
Visit Kilauea Visitor Center - Come and see an active volcano at Halema'uma'u crater.
Drive Around the Island – It takes around 6-8 hours to drive around the entire island.
Whale Watching - Whale season on the Big Island runs from December through April.
Spas - Experience the mansion's spas or one of the many spas in Kona.

Everything about this property was amazing. Jason was thorough and assisted us with every part of our stay. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave- even though you’re in Hawaii! The views, the pool, the openness of the house, the breeze, the sound of birds and frogs at night… I could go on. This place was just - WOW- highly recommend!
