    This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa has everything you need for a great vacation on The Big Island of Hawaii.
    Master bedroom has a king bed and on suite bath. Guest bedroom has 2 full size beds. NEWLY remodeled guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals to enjoy in the dining area or lanai. The living room has comfortable furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai. The lanai has seating for 4 and a BBQ. Unit also includes FREE WIFI and PARKING. You can also rent unit next door E32 and you would have the whole top floor. Waikoloa Beach Villas POOLS are now HEATED!!

    You are a short walk to the two swimming pools, two hot tubs and fitness center, and A-Bay Beach is a short 15-minute walk for a amazing time snorkeling, swimming and watching a beautiful sunset.

    Located across the street is Queens' Market Place and next door is The Kings' Shops, complete with food court, art galleries, sushi, creamery ice cream, Macaroni Grill, Island Gourmet Market, Starbucks, and many other shops, daily local entertainment, classes and cultural events. Further down the road (10 to 15 minute drive) are other local beaches, whether you want the pristine white sands of Hapuna Beach, or the rocks, trees, and safe entry spots of nearby "Beach 69" (at mile marker 69).

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.     Just finished a week stay at the condo with a major goal of research on possibly living here part time. Learned that it is not the right community for us with major drawbacks being the heat and the poor quality of the restaurants in Waikoloa (with exception of Roy's and Lava Lava). The shops look better online than they are in reality. The condo itself is a good choice, particularly for groups of 4+. The positive things: 1) almost anything you might need for a week stay is provided, including beach gear in the garage, 2) ease of check in, parking, gate to community, 3) shops within a block walk, 4) great entertainment set up, 4) quiet area except for leaf blowers most mornings. Negatives: 1) the patio furniture is not comfortable, we could sit on the high chairs for about 20 minutes max before having to move, 2) the sofa and loveseat need to be replaced. In short, it was hard to get comfortable when spending any significant time in the unit, 3) the temperature control set at 74 degrees is a bit hot. If the fans are going it is just about tolerable for sleeping, but would gladly pay another 100 dollars a week to offset the cost of being able to run the AC at 72 at night. All in all, solid choice and probably would be fine for younger families, but for us on the 50+ age group it is lacking in creature comfort that fully justify dropping a few thousand for a week stay. Upgraded furntiture and a slightly cooler environment would make it a winner for all.

It was just the right size the 2 full size beds in the spare bedroom was perfect for 2 senior women to sleep and having their own bathroom was a dream for me. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and being in close proximity to stores and restaurants was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been traveling back to Waikoloa for years and have always used VRBO to book a place. We were very impressed with this unit. The beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, coolers) in the garage was great. The unit was well stocked with towels and bedding. Any issues or questions were promptly addressed by Michelle. Michelle is great and has helped us in prior rentals as well. The lanai BBQ was so convenient. We didn't do too much cooking at the condo but when we did, we had everything we needed. Compared to many of the other condos we've stayed at, this was one of the best. I plan to stay here again if I can. This says I'm from Kihei but I'm actually from Utah.

The condo itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

    We had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect - right across the street from the Queen and King shops, restaurants and grocery store as well as an easy 15 minute walk to A-bay. A car is definitely a must on the Big Island but the condo is a 10-15 minute drive to other great beaches, only an hour from the Visitor's Centre at Mauna Kea and a short 30 minutes from Kona airport. The garage is loaded with beach items including several umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, toys and more. Check-in and out was easy and communication was good. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to the Big Island.
