    This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa has everything you need for a great vacation on The Big Island of Hawaii.
    Master bedroom has a king bed and on suite bath. Guest bedroom has 2 full size beds. NEWLY remodeled guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals to enjoy in the dining area or lanai. The living room has comfortable furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai. The lanai has seating for 4 and a BBQ. Unit also includes FREE WIFI and PARKING. You can also rent unit next door E32 and you would have the whole top floor. Waikoloa Beach Villas POOLS are now HEATED!!

    You are a short walk to the two swimming pools, two hot tubs and fitness center, and A-Bay Beach is a short 15-minute walk for a amazing time snorkeling, swimming and watching a beautiful sunset.

    Located across the street is Queens' Market Place and next door is The Kings' Shops, complete with food court, art galleries, sushi, creamery ice cream, Macaroni Grill, Island Gourmet Market, Starbucks, and many other shops, daily local entertainment, classes and cultural events. Further down the road (10 to 15 minute drive) are other local beaches, whether you want the pristine white sands of Hapuna Beach, or the rocks, trees, and safe entry spots of nearby "Beach 69" (at mile marker 69).

    We stayed here for one week with our baby and teenager. This place was perfect! Right across the street from shops. Quick walk to the beach. The BBQ on the deck was more handy than anything for quick meals. The rooms and decor were lovely. No issues at all. Communication was easy. We hope to be back one day.

    We had a truly wonderful stay. Location was great. We loved being in the Waikoloa Beach Village - close enough to everything but still quiet. The condo was perfect stocked and management was super responsive. Highly recommended!

    The location is perfect. The marketplace across the street is super convenient. We were able to stop there each night and pick up poke, lobster, fresh produce (amazing pineapple), snacks for the next day, etc. there’s also restaurants if cooking isn’t your deal and shops. There are several wonderful beaches within 15 minutes of the condo. It’s easy to get to a lot of the various other towns and beaches on the island too. The furthest we had to drive was 2 hours down to the southern black beach Punalu’u (worth it in my opinion). The condo had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella, kid toys, towels, cooler, etc.). The kitchen was very well stocked. The view from the balcony was also lovely. It overlooks the Kings Trail and a golf course. We were able to see the sunset and had a cool breeze for breakfast on the balcony. Michele was also very helpful. I had several questions about where to find things both in the condo and on the island and she was quick to respond. All the other residents and visitors were respectful. We had no noise issues or safety concerns.
