We like the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen & an in unit washer and dryer. We love being a few steps from the beach & the swimming pools. The location is great! Close to the airport & only a short drive to other beaches and restaurants. This is our 5th stay at the Kauai Beach Villas. We are planning our next visit!

It was my first time visiting Hawaii, and I was so excited to stay at a relaxing location that was convenient to the things I wanted to see and do! This rental did not disappoint! It was immaculate, comfortable, on beautiful grounds, and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and many beaches (not to mention gorgeous Kauai Beach which was a 3-minute walk across the grounds from our unit)! We are already planning a return trip for August of 2024!!

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed stay. We have stayed at Kauai Beach Villas (other units) for the past 30 years. Ony problem with this unit E 15 was poor drainage in bath/shower.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Found this when looking for accommodations fir our 1st time in Kauai. The rental process was easy and the communication with staff was excellent. Pros: Beautiful resort. Great location. Condo had the space and accommodations we needed.Cons: When we walked in the condo smelled very musty and the shower curtain had mold. The smell lasted for our entire stay but the Rental Co. did what they could to remedy our disappointment.

The beach was great for walks and the next door resorts pool and hot tubs were very nice! So many wonderful adventures on Kauai.....can’t wait to come back!

Excellent condo unit, great location on the property, clean and well maintained. Also great location on Kauai, easy to go either north or south. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Coconut Marketplace, Hukilau Lanai restaurant, Pua Kea Golf course, Princeville Botanical Gardens, and the Kauai Museum in Lihue are favorites! Aloha and mahalo!

The occupants that live in the units surrounding are wonderful. My only complaint which has nothing to do with the unit is the roosters! MyGod are they loud
