Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfect. Books to read, games to play, music, beach chairs & towels. The kitchen has everything you need. The occupants that live in the units surrounding are wonderful. My only complaint which has nothing to do with the unit is the roosters! MyGod are they loud

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed in an ocean view villa in past years that was unavailable, so we enjoyed the quieter view of the lagoon this year. Our space had all the amenities we could ask for, and we found ourselves cooking more meals at home and spending more time on the lanai and walking the lovely beaches every day!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This particular condo unit was pleasant. Fairly updated and clean. Furniture in the living area could have been better placed or of a different style. The staff at the rental office was excellent and very quick to respond on the small items that needed to be corrected. My only real concern about this location and property are the chickens and roosters. They are absolutely out of control! There are far too many of them now, and the roosters crow at all hours of the day-and-night. I would 100% consider returning to this property and referring it to my friends and clients. But only if something is done about these birds!
