This fourth floor condo is completely refurbished and smarty decorated, with all of the comforts of home. The bedroom, with a cal-king bed and full en-suite can be separated by a sliding privacy screen. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with attention to detail and is lovely and convenient for the preparation of meals.

Brennecke’s is just a short walk down the hill and is adjacent to Poipu State Park where you can snorkel, surf and enjoy the sun. There is also a life guard, shallow area for the little ones, picnic tables, restrooms and showers. Other nearby activities include: golfing, botanical gardens, fishing, horseback riding, and much more! There are a variety of restaurants that are within walking distance from the condo.

Or, if you just want to relax from your private lanai, you can watch for sea turtles, dolphins and the seasonal humpback whale. Also, you can view spectacular sunsets.

For days you feel like staying close to home, you can always lounge by the swimming pool and take a refreshing dip whenever you please. Regardless of how you choose to spend your time on Kauai, there is a very good chance you will want to return.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental has quality snorkeling equipment, boogie board, beach chairs, views of the ocean plus plenty of towels, ceiling fans, comfortable furniture, big TV. Close to Poipu beach. Faces afternoon sun so gets very warm. Several units are being renovated thus construction crews,scaffolding,noise, and rerouted access to parking lot.

Well appointed, clean, quiet, and the always magical breezes flowing through. Our evening and cooking times could have been much improved if the lighting was better! Kitchen had dim lighting and no lamp had bigger than 60w bulbs. Went to Kauai rentals and they had no bigger bulbs. Otherwise a delightful place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was somewhat dated, but not bad. The bed was quite comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Location was great, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the beaches and sunsets.We did however have frustrations with the beach equipment they said was available. The lawn chairs were both broken and couldn’t be used. The umbrella was broken in one spot. We used it once and gave up. The chairs were ridiculous, and we bought our own at Walmart.

This condo had the most amazing views and sunsets! Close to great beaches and town. I would definitely return some day!

Everything about this unit was wonderful. Clean and comfortable with fantastic views. Walking distance to Beaches and restaurants. We will definitely be back and ask for Unit 403!
