A very private, gorgeous and spacious home with many thoughtful amenities. Many gathering areas from the living room, to the dining room, to bar stools in the kitchen and a game room. Also, there are multiple lanais furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture for options to Enjoy the outdoors. Plus a private swimming pool!

The game room has a pool table for indoor Enjoyment.

The house is supplied with everything you will need for comfortable living from beach towels to barbecue. There's a TV, stereo, telephone, a hair dryer in every bathroom, ironing board, plenty of linens and a fully equipped kitchen.

Two hot/cold outdoor showers, two sets of clothes washers/dryers. This is especially appreciated by large groups!

Activities nearby: A short drive takes you to Princeville center for plenty of shopping and restaurants and the St. Regis Hotel. The Makai Course golf course has soared to the top of almost all of golf’s respected rankings imaginable. 7 miles to Hanalei for beaches and great hiking. Here you can also arrange for kayaking on the Hanalei River. A short drive south to Kilauea with its old lighthouse, bird sanctuary, charming shops and restaurants. There is also horseback riding, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, helicopter tours, snorkeling and tropical botanical garden.

We have traveled to the island on more than one occasion. We choose this island for it the one we load. For what we paid this house I guess we expected more. In the 10 years we travel to the island this location was very disappointing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hale Moena. The home offered many beach chairs, coolers, etc and a great open floor layout. The location was great for all the North end towns and beaches we love most on Kauai. The kitchen was well equipped. The upstairs primary suite was nicely laid out. We would recommend a new mattress on this bed however. We used fans to stay cool in the evening. We would consider this property again on our return trip.

Playing pool was a blast and the arear around the house awesome. We would recommend this property to large families. There were a few problems that were resolved by the property management and some concerns that were told about to be repaired for future usage.

Well stocked home with many amenities on the golf course. 2 sets of washer/dryer Jacuzzi and hot-tub and refreshing pool Garage had many beach items. Very comfortable beds Birds, chickens, roosters , etc. greeted us daily on the spacious lanai. Overall a very beautiful home allowing all to have a wonderful vacation

We loved our time at this beautiful location in Princeville. The home is so nice and in such a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our multi family group but everyone gravitated to the back lanai looking overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is well stocked and we made good use of the beach equipment provided. And the pool was an extra luxury. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Kauai.
