Our particular condo was very well appointed and beautifully furnished with high quality furniture and artwork. Pool area was nice with real orange trees! Delicious! Our one maintenance issue was addressed immediately and professionally.

Nice, upscale unit with plenty of room to stretch out. A lot of nice touches from the decor to the furnishings make this a much nicer unit than others we’ve rented.

Roomy, clean, quiet. Updated and well furnished. Absolutely perfect. A bit expensive during December, a high demand month, but we were still happy that we chose this unit. Must be able to bring your suitcases up a couple flights of stairs, no elevator, but view of pool and palm trees was serene and nice.

We had a lovely stay in Kaanapali between October 21-November 1. We have previously stayed in this complex and love the area. Close to shops and restaurants. We did find the local green trolley handy in the afternoon sun, as the truck up the hill is hot!
We were disappointed to hear a few days before we arrived that the air conditioner was not working. Myra was helpful in setting up a portable air conditioner in each bedroom and one in the main living area. We tried everything to cool the place down to no avail. We contacted Myra and she was nice enough to bring us a few more fans but it continued to be so hot in the afternoons. We utilized the pool more and ate out more.
The unit had 2 beach chairs but nothing extra. We are used to having lots of beach toys, boogie boards, coolers, plastic cups and stuff included in the unit but it was quite sparse. The unit is beautiful and clean and I would definitely stay there again once the air conditioner is fixed!!!

We really enjoyed the condo and the location. It was well equipped. Unfortunately the air conditioning was malfunctioning in the entire complex. The management company did their best to offer us other accomodations, or place air conditioning units in the condo.
