Everything went pretty smoothly on our stay. From check-in until check-out. Owner was very responsive. Apartment is very spacious and comfortable for a couple.
Loved the location on the north shore. Away from the busyness and density of downtown Honolulu. Just a few minutes from Sugar Mill foods trucks. Unit was as advertised. Comfortably sleeps 5 individuals. Loved the beach supplies that it came with, ie boogie boards, snorkels, masks, toys, umbrella, etc. Saved us a lot of money not having to purchase these things. Gated community that was quiet. Would stay again!

Great location on the North Shore for an affordable price. Property is as advertised. Could use a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint, but it’s comfortable and great for the price. Would stay again.
Me, my spouse and my children ages 11,17 and 20 stayed here for a week. There is one bedroom. I knew this prior. It worked well for the most part but i thought you should just keep this in mind. The location is phenomenal!!! It is a small walk to the ocean and the surrounding areas for hiking were amazing. We loved that we were able to escape the chaos of the city and go here. This rental is well loved and my kids were definitely ready for their own beds. The one bathroom for the 5 of us was also tight. But the location and access to the ocean made it a fair trade. Having a parking space was nice! We really enjoyed being close to Laie and the PCC and the dole plantation.
The one request we had of the property manager got delivered on swiftly. The place is peaceful and clean.
This place was so wonderful, my only "negative" comments are of almost no consequence.
The biggest thing: We immediately felt COMFORTABLE, like you would at home.
The place is clean, really nice with plush carpet. Living room beds were amazing. We had a moment of crisis when unable to find the sheets and extra pillows but, by process of elimination we were able to discover the hiding spot in the couch containing all of the bedding.
Kitchen is wonderful, bedroom is as well, bathroom clean and functional as one would expect/hope. Kitchen did not have a cutting board that we could find.
Washer & dryer worked perfectly. Two AC units were great.
Location on the golf course was wonderful, sunrise and sunset walks were solid gold.
Security gate is perfect for a good cross breeze to run through the house and get things cool naturally.
Couldn't recommend this unit and property higher.
Be advised: You can hear the upstairs neighbors tramping around if they are not the considerate type. Also, there are no gas grills at the pools or tennis courts; don't be like me and assume they would be since it is that way everywhere else.
I would bring my family back there in a hot second if I could snap my fingers and make it happen now.

Loved this was place was perfect for our young family. Appreciated the beach toys, easy walk to turtle bay beach, loads of great places nearby. Clean and tidy great to have washing machine and dryer. Would come again!
We are very happy with accommodations and felt very comfortable. Great location and we spent little time in the room, we all felt comfortable and slept well.
The unit was clean and a good location. The unit could stand to be updated. The bed was comfortable. The check-in instructions were good except that the gate code was wrong. Enjoyed the golf coarse and the Turtle Bay resort restaurants, and beach.
Our family of four, including two teenagers, just got back from vacationing in this condo. We loved it! The condo was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, beach gear, and kitchen items. We usually made breakfast in the condo to save money. We used the laundry several times, and it was fine. The complex is very nice and felt safe. The location is a short drive to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Waimea Valley, and other North shore attractions. The beach on property is rocky and not a good swimming beach. We liked the Hukilau Beach in Laie because it was sandy and good for body boarding. Hukilau Beach is about 10 minutes away. It has a rinse off shower and parking lot, but no bathroom.
When we first arrived, our gate code wasn't working. The problem was easily solved with a call to the caretaker who promptly returned the call. Also, we couldn't figure out how to work the TV. We didn't care enough to call about it, though, because we were not on vacation to watch TV.
Our only complaint is the poor qualify of sofa sleeper. One sofa was a futon style, and the comfort was what you'd expect from a futon. The other sofa sleeper was a regular sofa sleeper. The mattress for it was horrible! It was super thin and very uncomfortable. Our teens are used to sleeping on sofa sleepers, and this one was the worst one we've had. The owner really should get a better sofa sleeper.
Overall, this condo is fantastic for a small family!
Great time at the condo with my family. Being near the Turtle Bay resort and reef-protected beach was a big plus for our family. Would recommend. Mahalo.

This place was perfect for our family of 5’s three night stay on the North Shore. It was well stocked - including shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, kitchen soap, basic spices, and kitchen supplies. Plenty of towels - including beach towels! It took us till night 2 to realize there is an AC unit for the living room which made nighttime for our 3 kids much more enjoyable. It could use a little more silverware - there wasn’t enough for our family of 5 to all eat with reasonable sized utensils at one meal (specifically talking forks here), but that was minor.
Some of the place looks a little worn and tired, but it was very clean and a perfect stay. Please note that the two double sofa beds more effectively fit one person, as the larger sofa bed is a little saggy so two people on it really doesn’t work. Our youngest slept on the couch cushions set up as a bed on the floor and it worked great. Everyone was very comfortable. But if we had all teenagers or older people, I would not want to fit more than 4 people in this unit. If you have one or more younger kids, this is very comfortable for 5 people.
Definitely would stay here again and definitely recommend!
We arrived to a dirty condo that had not been cleaned from the previous renters. There were dirty bed sheets and wet towels on the bed and couches. Bathroom and kitchen were dirty. When I contacted the property manager he was surprised to hear this and realized he had forgotten to get the cleaner in that morning. He said he would reimburse us for the night but he never did. We had to drive a total of ten miles extra to a hotel in a location we did not want to stay, with no kitchen and not near Turtle Bay. He kept evading our questions about reimbursement for the night we didn't get to stay there and didn't meet us at check out as he said he would to give us the details about the reimbursement. All in all it was a bad experience because he didn't handle the situation well or give us anything in return for all the trouble we went through. The place itself was fine, if a little worn and the binder with information had nothing in it except out of date codes and the wrong Wifi passwords. You have to check your email for the right gate codes and Wifi.
We had everything we needed to have a relaxing and perfect family time. Pictures are spot on as to what the house offers.
The setting is great, but the interior was pretty beat up. Peeling cabinet veneer, mold in shower, etc.
Amazing place to stay in comfort away from the hustle and bustle of waikiki. Beautiful, lush grounds. Walking distance to great facilities at turtle bay (including pony rides). Food trucks and beautiful beaches within minutes up the road if you tire of turtle bay. Clean, dpacious accommodation with lovely views to the golf course, native birds and gekos. We had all 3 pools to ourselves during the stay and enjoyed cooking breakfasts and dinners in the lovely kitchen. Only issue was the gatekeeper did not answer buzzes and calls on checkins leaving us stranded (and a little nervous) at the gate, but everything perfect after that. The commentary hawaiian snacks and ice in the freezer were lovely touches. Thanks for an amazing stay!
Very private, quiet stay near Turtle Bay resort that was a wonderful break from the hustle of Oahu. Loved the spacious living area, though the sofa beds weren't the most comfortable (to be expected). Amenities were awesome, with lots of personal touches and a few extra we didn't expect. It was nice to have a little in-home entertainment provided (movies, books, cards). Good beach gear, close to a beach. The complex itself had a few strict rules, but that's the price you pay for the privacy and security. Wish we could have stayed here another day or two!
