Cozy second story, spacious condo. Ceramic tile throughout. End unit on the first fairway of the Fazio Golf Course. Air conditioning in the bedroom only. Beds are firm. Quiet unit close to pool and barbeque area. Fully equipment kitchen with laundry center for added convenience. Excellent location with perfect view of our amazing Hawaiian Sunsets from your lanai. All linens and towels are provided. This property also has pickle ball, basketball and Tennis courts.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants....

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to The North Shore for many years; this was a first for a condo rental experience and I have to say it exceeded my accommodation expectations! Three adults stayed very comfortably in the one bedroom & loft with the two double beds. Only one bathroom was a challenge but we made it work. The condo was very clean; sprayed frequently to control the pests that are a natural part of a tropical environment; we did not see any. The location was spectacular but a rental car was an added bonus for the frequent trips into Haleiwa which has so much to offer for island shopping and tremendous food variety. Our favourite eat spot is Lei Leis which is just footsteps from the condo and offers great food and service for breakfast, lunch and dinner.The reservation company was great to deal with; check in and out were both effortless. It was a great week and we will certainly book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 1B1B condo w/loft is a peaceful retreat for anyone seeking a less-commercialized Hawaiian vacation experience. The unit was clean and quiet, situated on beautiful grounds, with nearby beach access and walking trails (maintained by the adjacent resort). I've stayed in several of these units and this one is towards the top of the list. The unit was clean, the decorating fine, though an update would spiff things up, and the kitchen was equipped for making light meals. A car is essential in order to visit many of the area beaches and businesses, but all activities on the north side of the island are within a 30 min drive. (Bus service is available, should one choose to stay put much of the time.) The unscreened balcony area provided a lovely, unobstructed view of the golf course and grounds. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is much worst than the pictures, very outdated, no upkeep, all utensils were greasy and dirty. Would not stay at this condo anymore in the future.
