Condo was adequate for our purposes. Good air conditioning. Good parking. Felt safe. Needs some cosmetic fixes--broken floor tiles, peeling closet doors, missing microwave turntable. Staff spent part of two days fixing/replacing bathroom faucet.
Misleading ad regarding location of pool. Thought was on-site. Disappointingly was across the street and set way back. Not convenient, so didn't go there.
More clarification about this would have been nice as well as any info about parking pass, towel cards, best path to beach, restaurant suggestions, etc.
Probably would stay somewhere else next time.
As advertised. Nice location next to Poipu Beach. Quiet unit on the top floor. Air conditioning kept the unit cool during the hot and humid nights. Grab beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie board from the closet and walk to Poipu Beach for excellent snorkeling. Kitchen comes well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. There are 3, yes 3, coffee makers. One makes coffee from whole beans (use unflavored coffee). There is one that uses grounds and one that uses pods. Refrigerator has an ice maker and there are ice packs in the freezer (bring a cooler bag to keep drinks cold).The managers are super responsive. You can contact them with any questions/issues and they respond quickly. The pool is at the club across the street, where they have a bar and restaurant. Unit was clean. Shower was nice. Bed was comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

My family and I just got back from our stay in Poipu. The location of this condo was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and made it easy to go back and forth from the beach to our condo without having to plan on packing everything for a full beach day. The pool is also a short walk across the street as well as shopping and dining, making it easy to get around quickly. We have stayed in this area before as well as other parts of the island and I definitely believe this is the best location to soak up the sun, relax and explore. Rosalyn was our property contact and hands down the nicest, most responsive host I’ve ever experienced. She was proactive with reaching out to make sure everything was going great, as well as immediately responsive when I reached out to her. We arrived much earlier than originally planned and she was quick to take action in getting us checked in early and seamlessly. The condo was of course fantastic but Rosalyn is what truly made our experience and stay beyond exceptional. Thank you Ros!
