Gorgeous resort and gorgeous place to call home for our stay. The condo was in the perfect location, ground floor, right off the pool with beautiful beach views for morning sunrises. Home had everything we needed, including laundry, two bathrooms, etc. Cannot wait to visit again!

We had a great time during our stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. Our granddaughter loved the pool and slides. The unit was very well appointed and clean. I would only suggest the addition of beach chairs and a beach umbrella for the use of your tenants. We will be back!

My wife and I stayed at the H107 property with our two year old son for 12 days. The condo was perfect for our three people, had everything we needed to start relaxing from the time we stepped inside. The proximity of unit to pool, beach and green space was perfect for having young children as you can be everywhere in under a minute, even when you gotta run back for a diaper or a cocktail. We were able to walk for groceries and Starbucks in no time. The location of Waipouli Condos was also perfect for middle point to travel to North or South Shores with relative ease which was important for us. Couldn’t have asked for better vacation especially with toddler, who loved the slides and kids beach. Highly recommend. Only slight detractors were this unit is on stairwell (kids jump down stairs at times - no issues at night), dresser in bedroom 2 drawers are very difficult to open (middle and bottom - again I am reaching). 5 stars, stay here.

The condo was outstanding, it was in a great location. The pool was extremely close, just to the left of the front door. There was no noise at all from the pool. It was a two minute walk to the beach, out the sliding door or front door. The parking lot was very close and convenient. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The kids did fine on the pullout couch in the living room. There were two toilets, one was behind a partial glass wall, the other was in the shower area. So the one didn’t have much privacy, but the one in the shower area did. The kitchen had a huge Subzero fridge/freezer. Coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes etc. it has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. The central AC worked great, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Two chairs on the lanai and a table, four chairs and table in the living area. When it came to things like soap, toilet paper etc. they were lacking. We had to go buy more laundry detergent, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, and even toilet paper after we ran out of those items. For nine nights and four guests in the condo, we were a little surprised not to have more of these items. With four bath towels, we found ourselves doing a lot of laundry, because the towels were wet. But, having the laundry in the unit was certainly helpful. The pool was amazing! A few hot tubs, some for families, others for adults. Water slides, and a kiddie pool with sand. Overall, it was a great property and experience. I did hear a lot of folks complaining about the lack of room or pool keys, and having to use a lengthy code to get in, but it could be worse, you’re in Hawaii. 🤙 The only complaint about the room was the view out the living room was into another hallway. So people walked by a fair amount and could see right into the room. But, the view to the left and from the bedroom and bedroom lanai was amazing and looked out to the beach. Safeway was right across the street, Panda Express and ABC etc. Kenji’s was a great place to eat. They had excellent burgers and was an easy few minutes to the left of the property. A great experience that I would highly recommend. Aloha!

We enjoyed our stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort. Centrally located on the East side of Kauai as a perfect home base to explore North and South beaches. We were there for our sons wedding and had numerous family members staying at the resort as well. There was only one difference between our unit and all of theirs. Ours did not have any beach gear supplied. We had to purchase it and donate it at the end if our trip. Other than that the trip went really well!
