10/10 Beautiful Condo! The protected beach is the cherry on top of a beautiful condo. Everything was clean, communication was very smooth, condo is in a great location. Easy walking access to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet location. Absolutely loved our stay!
Great location in Kapaa within walking distance of Coconut Market as well as several dining options. View was incredible with beach access within a few steps of the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were very useful for beach days. AC in bedrooms was nice to escape the heat, main living areas do get warm but manageable. Overall would recommend.
The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds were wonderful and added much value to our vacation. Very well maintained like a botanical garden and the tide pools along the ocean provided many fun hours of exploration. Be sure to catch the sunrise one morning!
Magical condo. Perfect Kapaa location. You can’t get closer to the water. The view is unsullied by other resort structures. At night with the 2 lanais the ocean is all encompassing. The nocturnal shearwater birds with their plaintive cries as they navigate by the stars is exhilarating. Out of respect to these seafarers the beach is not lit up which makes sitting on the lanai a spectacle. The big dipper what a swag lamp instead. The furniture is vintage Hawaii which I usually don’t care for but found myself admiring 4 fine pieces of art. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. I made great pizza if I do say so myself. Shannon was patient and kind. I am not the easiest person:) All to say I am grateful for their aloha. Not just the incredible value of such a property and what they charge, but for their spirit for making it all available. I won’t ever forget what I witnessed, the awe and beauty
My wife and I shared this lovely condominium for our 35th wedding anniversary. It did not disappoint. Checked all the boxes great pool access to beach and the sounds at night (waves) were awesome.
Loved our stay at Lae Nani. Great views, convenient location, pool nice, beach access is great. Condo had everything we needed for our stay.
The beach and surf is right there for you to enjoy. You can hear the surf all day long and and the swimming is fantastic.You can walk to the Coconut marketplace to hear some live music or get something to eat. This was an amazing vacation.
Really enjoyed our time at Lae Nani. Condo is in great shape. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. We spent time on the north and south sides of the island and this location was in between so it worked out good for us. The grounds around the condos is very nice and lush. We stayed in this third floor condo with our daughter and son-in-law for a family vacation. This beautiful home and the owners exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to rent this home again and most likely will in the future. There is nothing negative we could ever say about it. Lae Nani was the perfect spot for our family spring break trip. The property is beautiful, the condo has anything you think you could need for a great trip and the location is perfect for getting anywhere on the island. We loved it and would definitely stay again!
Such a lovely property! Gorgeous views, impeccable landscaping, beautifully decorated home. And so many details! Everything you need to have fun and relax including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, children’s toys, etc. We didn’t use the tennis court but we really enjoyed the pool as well as the jewel of a beach. Literally, this is paradise!
The condo was perfect. The AC in the bedrooms was welcomed and needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some. There were all sorts of pool toys and supplies for whatever guests would need. The view was amazing. When booking, I was a little concerned about the location being too quiet and not easy to walk to restaurants, etc. Turns out, it was great. Plenty of places within a 10 minute walk! Highly recommend and can't wait to return.
We really cannot say enough about this place. We have stayed in the unit on multiple occasions. it Has all of the amenities of home. Waking up to sunrises every morning is as good as it gets. The two lanais are great to have. The grounds of Lae Nani are like a botanical garden. The location is perfect for walking the beach and to multiple restaurants in the area. My friend and I just stayed at this beautiful condo and it was such a wonderful stay. When we walked in and saw the beach right there it was jaw dropping. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Loved the view! Nice condo. Enjoyed the lanai every day. Liked how close the beach was. Pool was great and never crowded. AC in the bedrooms was great, but would be nice in the living room. Enjoyed our stay.
We were amazed by the views of this condo. Very clean n maintained condo. The owners did text us when we landed about possibly electrical plug issue in bathrooms and offered the maintenance guy to come. We did notice the bathrooms electric plugs were both tripped but my hubby was able to reset them and no need for maintenance. We loved it. The only suggestion I would make is extra shelves in the bathroom as there is no counter space especially in the master bath, that could have been the reason of the electric issue with the prior guest. We will be back. Kauai was amazing. Must do is natalie coast tour with snorkeling, canyon tour and the sugar plantation tunnel float.
This was my family’s second stay at this beautiful condo. The owners are incredibly helpful and messaged us on arrival day to check in and give us tips on using some of the appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and being so close to Costco, we had such a nice time preparing food at home and eating on the balcony. The first time we came, we brought so much with us (beach towels, beach toys, toiletries, etc.) but after seeing how stocked the home was, we packed lightly this trip and it saved us a lot of hassle. The washer and dryer are a game changer! When arriving, I would advise looking around the home to see everything they have available, you’ll be very surprised/happy because the owners have thought of everything a family would need. The closet on the balcony has everything you’ll need for a beach day including a cooler, boogie boards and beach chairs.
Recommendations: Anini Beach was perfect for our 4 year old daughter… calm, shallow water and plenty of room to spread out on the beach. We even saw sea turtles. The Fresh Bite food truck in Hanalei is a good healthy food option and worth the drive. While you’re there, stop by Pink’s Ice Cream Parlor. Use the Lae Nani pool! It’s huge and never seems crowded. Night swimming was a nightly routine for us all and we met some really nice people over our 10 day stay. The farmers market is close by on Tues/Thurs and Saturdays and is walking distance from the condo.

We booked our trip to HI just a couple of weeks back - first to Kauai and then to the Big Island. We were so lucky to have found this gem of a condo on Kauai. The place was impeccable, the grounds were amazing and we absolutely loved the beach right in front of the condo, especially in the morning when you could wade in the tide pool. Proximity to everything is awesome. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waves day and night. Our hosts were great and very responsive, checking in to see how things were going. We will definitely book here again!

Amazing location, super responsive hosts, perfectly well stocked apartment. We loved every minute of our stay in late March. Restaurants within walking distance and as a coffee geek, spoiled with two roasters nearby. The pool was rarely busy and the kids had an incredible time there and at the beach. We would go back in a heart beat. This apartment is a big part of the reason why our holiday in Kauai was so special (note: family with two teenagers)

We had a fabulous stay in Kauai and this condo was a large reason why. The condo is equipped with everything you need: a full equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, laundry in unit, a beach closet with all your beach going necessities, and 2 lanai's with ocean views. It's location on the island is also excellent. There's a beach right out your front door. Grocery, drug stores, and restaurants are close by. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this lovely VRBO. The beds were super comfortable. The AC in the bedrooms made it so nice to sleep after a day of exploring. The central location made it a short drive to anywhere on the island. The owners were responsive and kept us updated. We highly recommend!
