Close to snorkeling beach and had beach chairs umbrellas and towels and cooler. Nice unit well maintained but no air conditioning. Normally not an issue but was humid during our stay
It was a great short trip. The condo had everything I needed and the location is excellent.
We had a very peaceful experience here. The property was very well maintained and we had everything we needed during our stay. We also throughly enjoyed the great views from the patio and the snorkeling beach was phenomenal. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely stay here again in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo. Plenty of cookware and dishes, and it was very clean. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided.
Ocean views from lanai and front entrance. Located directly across the street from Poipu Beach. Some reviews mention no privacy if sharing with others. It’s perfect for couples. We will definitely be back to this resort. PS no parking fees or extra resort fees!
Pros: Ocean view, nice pool, stocked with kitchen tools, laundry available on site and unit supplied detergent. Cons: Next to a very noisy road with loud motorcycles, vehicles with extremely loud speaker systems. Will probably not stay here again due to noise

A nice location with beautiful sunsets right outside the door on the veranda. We used the kitchen extensively and found everything we needed. The dishwasher was a nice extra. There was no good place to store our cloths. All extra linnen/towles and pillows etc under the bead could be reduced to make room for that. We also lacked a table on the nice balcony. Replace the big chairs in the hallway with smaller and make way for an additional table and possibly cloth storage. In general we were very happy with this condo.Management was generally not available which felt a bit strange.
This bright and airy studio type condo provided my husband and me a wonderful beach getaway! It was clean, comfortable, and just across the street from a beach with fantastic snorkeling! The design was a bit unusual with only a curtain into the bathroom and an open “window” from the shower into the living room area, but we got used to it. Would suggest a few hooks to hang towels etc since you can’t hang them to dry on the balcony…overall, it was a lovely place to stay!
The condo has everything you need for a great stay! Bed was comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. Loved sleeping to the sound of the ocean each night.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo decor and amenities were perfect and the grounds have a beautiful pool. Hearing the ocean waves every night and seeing the sunrise every morning was spectacular. A perfect place for two.
The unit was very clean and functional as advertised. It didn't have a door to the bathroom, so that was a little different. The wifi didn't work the entire time, so that was disappointing. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

We booked this property for a short stay in Hawaii. Despite a serious rain event the staff had everything ready when we arrived. The location is great, very easy to get around.

We've stayed at PKs before, but Kauai Vacation Rentals made for a seamless, memorable, and super easy visit. The unit has a gorgeous view, is walking distance to some of our favorite spots, and has a fully equipped kitchen for meals at home. The complex itself is quiet and convenient, although loud trucks/ motorcycles occasionally come roaring down Lawai Rd around 1 or 2 am, and it feels louder than it probably is in reality compared to the silence/ waves.We had a little snafu with the plumbing, but the Kauai Vacation Rentals team was incredibly responsive and professional. Mahalo nui loa for making us feel so welcomed and special.

Great set-up! Love the views. Could have a few more kitchen items, but the essentials were there.
We really enjoyed our week here in January. The condo is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, so you can easily do some cooking while on your trip. It is right across the street from my favorite restaurant of the week (The Beach House, reservations required), and walking distance to a bay were we snorkeled and saw sea turtles.
Some things we didn’t love. The shower has a very narrow entrance covered only by an a curtain and there is a window in the shower open to the living room. That works for a couple, but could be awkward if staying with a friend. Another thing we didn’t love was that the window in the kitchen are just fogged glass panes, so at night a lot of light comes in. We ended up unscrewing a couple outdoor hallway lightbulbs to get a better night sleep.
All in all, this is a fantastic condo to enjoy for the week and it had everything we needed!

This is our second time staying in the same exact location. The dates we needed matched up perfectly with their availability so I had to snag it! We enjoyed our first trip just as much as the second. It’s such a cozy place for the two of us to sneak a getaway! You’d highly recommend Kauai Vacation Rentals. Easy contactless key pick up and drop off.
This condo was across from the ocean with a decent snorkeling area and a good (albeit expensive) restaurant. The condo was well-furnished and comfy enough for our needs. The remote control did not work and the staff never replied to my email, so we didn't get to utilize it. It worked one day, but navigating the cable vs tv parts was incomprehensible. I suggest they move to the Netflix/Amazon Prime/Hulu options instead, plus respond to emails from their customers.

My husband and I loved this condo. This condo has an ocean view on the balcony. Walking distance to a shopping center with restraunts. Favorite part about the condo was the sun room and the fact they give you stuff to use at the beach. No A/C but honestly if you keep the patio door open with the screen door and curtain closed it will stay cool during the day. The property has a laundry room, pool and grill.
Overall unit 302 was adequate. The condo is next to a busy street so it is noisy with car traffic all day. The Lanai was disappointing as it is only as wide as a chair. There is a small beach with in walking distance with good snorkeling. The condo grounds are well kept. The condo was equipped with all the amenities to go to the beach but no beach towels were supplied. The unit has no air conditioner only a ceiling fan over the bed. I give the condo a 3 star rating.
